SP touched 0.0.12p for the first time....so there is scope to go even lower in the absence of positive catalysts but the worst part is that the probability of SP recovering to the highest levels of this year (in 0.06p's), let alone previous years, is low IMO. It is what it is...a bit of a disaster.

Going by their track record, the next major news is more likely to be more dilution than first WL IM which could be delayed even further, as no clear indication by when it will happen. Hence diabolical SP performance. Even creating a spike from these levels will not be easy in the absence of multiple RNS's.

AZ really needs to get to grips with the meaning of the word 'imminent'...the only thing that appears imminent right now is the danger of his companies going into receivership. I can't believe I fell for the SYME story yet again.

Let's hope SP doesn't drop further post AGM (depending on the reasons they give for the delayed WL IM) but a further drop in SP wouldn't surprise me given the historical performance of this stock.

As expected, no news or updates prior to AGM and so clearly they will not disclose anything new at the AGM itself and SP likely to continue at these all-time lows IMO. Even a doubling of SP from these levels means nothing to most of the regulars on here, only if they want to cut their losses.

First WL delay continues which is concerning and also no update as to the reasons …but an update would mean transparency and we all know how much AZ loves transparency.

SP falling below placing price, lack of volumes and upcoming further placing post AGM would indicate no major re-rate any time soon (yet again). Hmm…

I wouldn’t bet on it. In fact the longer they take to release that first WL confirmation or an update, the more worrying it seems and combined with the proposed resolution for a minimum 20% issuance, the risk has just gone up a notch. Hmmm…

1p? Within what time frame? I assume you meant 0.1p but even that's quite a target from current levels given the low volumes (and possible further dilutive financing). Let's see how it plays out. So far, not impressed with management.

Agreed, can’t see major news pre AGM. Even if news, can’t see major recovery in SP given the huge amount of dilution of PIs. The company has no cash and no revenues. Why would there be a re-rate? Hope I’m wrong of course. It is what it is..the whole thing is rigged for only a few to make money here.

I wonder to what extent that's the reason for the continued destruction of MCap, as SP hit another all-time low today staying below placing price. Suspect this can drop even further over next few weeks before AGM? Why no update on the reason(s) for the delay in first WL transaction with Banco BPM which of major importance? The lack of any update is clearly not helping the SP. (Mind you even with updates the SP has continued in a downward trend).

It would appear the SP is on a clear path to more dilutive financing, that’s the clearest line of communication I’ve seen from the company - as shown by recent placing at discounted market price and a proposed resolution for a further minimum 20% (to be voted on at AGM ie essentially to be passed).

This does not allow for a major re-rate to happen any time soon. Regardless of any news flows (I suspect may come post AGM and ironically this could tie in with a general market correction), the SP could remain depressed at these ‘low levels’ for quite some time.

For those going to the AGM, good luck holding to account the BoD for the abysmal SP performance.

People expect news pre AGM but I would not be surprised if they end up delaying and release post AGM, especially if they intend to dilute some more. So frustrating ....let's see how this plays out.

As already mentioned, we don't know that due to all the constant delays and even first WL execution could happen some time after AGM. Furthermore the amount of actual revenue is tiny. We don't know how soon they will generate multiple IM's (if at all yet).

Those trading/invested hope for the best but the Mcap might only end up rising due to more dilution.

Not looking great right now for major SP recovery from current levels. Tough game this.

Resolutions 6 and 7 could explain why the recent placing was 'only' for just enough funds to tie them over for another 4 months or so - during which time they approve the resolutions and carry out more dilutive funding (issuing a minimum of 14 billion on top of the existing 71 billion). Hmm....unsurprising PIs feel hard done by, it's not an even playing field.

Resolution 7 (connected to Resolution 6) allows the Directors to disapply pre-emption rights...meaning they don't have to offer the shares to existing shareholders, so a Third party can get those shares and we get diluted (yet again). Same thing happened at 2022 AGM (held on 30.6.22). FFS!

I never expected a placement in the 0.01p's which has shafted PIs big time.

Even a 100% or 200% gets the SP to only 0.05p!!! That's assuming we get news of revenues, except the lower we go without any major news flows will only add to a prolonged depressed SP given the huge volume of additional shares that need to clear. (Not sure how this relates to or gets impacted by the the "loaned shares" due to the lack of transparency there).

Do they place yet again in a few months, or have a proper third party investor buy a stake in the company in the open market or finally release news of IM executions?

I am hoping for the latter. GLA.

What killed the SP here and shafted majority of PIs is the recent placing at a massive discount to a SP that was already at an all-time low! That surprised me given the anticipation of news.

Working through those 9 billion placing shares can take a while and any recovery in MCap to a level that most PIs can sell out at seems highly improbable. Disappointing.
