"I will surprised if they drop any lower"
---
I wouldn't (necessarily) be surprised given the low volumes, wide spread and some buys even going through at bid etc. Furthermore, back in April 2023 the SP reached the 0.04's and so we could see that again.
Of course we need those positive catalysts to re-rate (signing off on first WL deal, replacement of TAG funding with better terms etc).
GLA.
“ l do agree with Savvy the PI has been ‘played’ in this “
——
100% correct, it is what it is though.
The timing of SYME’s services had to be aligned with the green light from key funders. Now the timing seems to be tight and even at 56b shares the SP will re-rate on key catalysts (unlike in the past).
Positive RNS….speaks for itself. SYME doing what they said they would do as part of the overall capital enhancement plan for the tech business going forward.
“Company is growing.”
——-
Yes, there’s a clear path to real (global) growth (finally) allowing IIs to get involved as well (so some funding will come from there as they hold long term).
Immediate focus for revenue is UK and Italy (small but growing) and they’re developing the tech for a globally integrated platform, as large companies and their sub-contractors move to digitisation of the supply chain.
More dilution unfortunately but that will have to be weighed up against the catalysts they release to start building a track record.
I was wondering whether the first client company (Italian based) could perhaps be this one?
MCap of EUR 1.4 billion. Good start.

No question that this is an important catalyst for the SP and will ensure the overall uptrend remains in tact. Timing is everything and this new form of DeFi for supply chain finance is being initiated by SYME and is going to be massive.
Well done those who have been genuine about their intentions when posting comments on here.
More SP growth to come in next few days and weeks IMO.
“But no, they valued themselves at that price with no proof and 2+years down the line their is still no proof. But here we all are eh?“
——-
You’re missing the point…SYME are pioneers in this IM supply chain finance and the background work has been done but being a part of a bigger worldwide system there’s been so many dots to connect, as the world’s supply chain transitions over to a digital system.
We live in a pyramidal system where there are greater powers and politics at play (which determine when world events happen, nothing happens by chance, it is what it is) and so we are in the middle of this digital evolution and SYME are at the centre of this new form of inventory financing.
Once they get the green light, the money will start flooding in.
Sending positive vibes to you all!
“Have a read of When Money Dies-it’s all you need to know about printing paper”

It’s a good thing then that SYME are going fully digital as part of this change in the whole supply chain.
Finally the right time to be trading/investing this share with the upcoming catalysts.
The SP is taking a breather before the next leg up….enjoy it as the genuine one’s among you deserve it.
This morning’s RNS was an unexpected surprise and a catalyst for the SP (despite this mornings spike
and subsequent fall back).
SP should remain strong IMO and continue its gradual upward trend heading into upcoming news re signing-off on inaugural IM.
I’m pleased for the genuine PIs here, you all deserve it. So hang in there and don’t be influenced by the likes of Rosie, Sharebel etc. They too have their roles to play in this life to show others what it looks like to be disingenuous.
GLA!
The RNS is definitely positive - updating us on the execution of this first official IM.
We don’t know exact time lines for completions but we are being given indications by AZ. The platforms between the various parties are being integrated and will serve as the model for future IM as more supplier companies of big global companies go onto the block chain (and cloud).
SYME want to be aligned with this digital evolution in the supply chain.
Guys this is massive and the SP will start reflecting this already and even with more shares in issue next month there is scope for the SP to rise significantly. Absolutely fascinating to continue holding and buying more if you can. Hardly ever do this but a ‘strong buy’ from me.
(More disingenuous posters on here than usual - I noticed Rosie has become somewhat reticent re her SP prediction of below 0.05p).
Hope genuine PIs make a ton of money here (and perhaps do some good in the world to help those who are less fortunate - we need to be the change we want to see, it’s that simple). GLA!
Morning all, the expectant news is getting ever closer and to keep things consistent SYME leave it till the very last minute.
The one thing that has changed over the last two years is that the SP finally appears to have levelled off. For whatever reasons it is being held here….in anticipation of the expectant milestone, possibly…or perhaps other goings on we’ve not been made aware of. Anyway, I do feel this is a key moment where we could be at the start of a SP trend reversal.
I see Rosie still posting here despite the abuse (s)he gets…obviously not a genuine poster.
I wish genuine folks here to make money as the whole system is rigged against PIs - most PIs end up losing their capital due to a lack of proper trading knowledge using a systematic approach to trading (like the hedge funds use in running long/short portfolios).
If the expectant catalyst proves once again not be a catalyst for a rise in SP, then LTHs need to hold AZ to account (as other interested parties here haven given opportunities to make money in the stock at the expense of PIs).
GLA!
Disappointingly low open offer for PIs….worth next to nothing. Read into that what you will and then the reference to reviewing the relationship with TF - What is that all about - certainly has a negative slant due to the uncertainty of what it means.
The company is in the right place at the right time if it can pull off a legal IM transaction (but AZ really hasn’t done PIs any favours over last 2 years with the loan shares, misleading remarks and statements).
It is what it is…..
There are so many supply-chain finance (SCF) initiates that vary according to local jurisdictions but already include a 'true sale' element and so whilst they relate to receivables and payables financing, I would be surprised if inventory financing can not be structured similarly.
It's all about the legal contractual arrangements in place between the supplier, funder and buyer and to what extent each party is involved.
Due to the evolving nature of this new digital world, I believe the accounting treatment of IM will be solved by the Big 4 to accommodate the new SCF initiatives being developed.
“Expect a big rise tomorrow. “
——-
LOL…AGM’s are not catalysts for the SP…more likely fall in SP and with more shares issued, assuming say 55b, then to maintain current MCap of £32m, we will see 0.05p-0.06p!
“This is incremental progress, for sure, but hardly the gamechanger that it's being presented as, IMO”
——
Agreed Ex…it is your opinion.
IMO it is the beginnings of a game changer with more IM type news to possibly follow post upcoming dilution. We will find out soon enough if this supposed long-term investor is or isn’t long term. If they’re of the same ilk as Negma and Mercator, then SP will obviously fall or stay depressed for much longer. However I feel we are starting to approach the period of revenue generation. Let’s see.
