David owns around 10 percent of the company and for each increment it goes below 10 percent, 9 percent, 8 percent etc he needs to notify the market. i.e. if he sold 4 million shares as he owns 44,000,000 shares.
Plus due to what he knows, it would be deemed an insider trader if he started selling so soon when news is due.
I suspect he knows the plans of the group and will just wait to collect his money when the company is sold in a year or two. He's probably not short of cash.
