Dan clears his desk this week for good, so the only news I'd expect is if there is a new CEO taking over.

I was looking back at Aberdeenman's negative comments on Dan in January and also early last year saying he's messed up a few times hence the company was progressing slowly. Aberdeenman has had his detractors in the past but he called it correctly with Dan a long time ago (even when things were rosier at 10p) and hopefully he calls it correctly on rapid news progression and shareholder value now he has gone.
In fact he'd heard rumours in July from a broker about the placing but he was adamant this was false and advised us to send emails to the company to refute via RNS as there was no reason NFX would need a placing with money due.
He was correct about this also, so it suggests to me that they knew the Chinese money was likely to fail and a placing to cover expenses would be sensible. Smoke and mirrors in the podcasts if this opinion is true and DG led us along.

You never know Joanne is the brains of the operation and maybe she was sick of DT and DG not getting NXP002 over the line by now.

It's interesting the SP has only risen $0.10 since our deal with them, considering it's on the NASDAQ.
25% or so increase would be rubbish for us if the next deal is similar but likely more upfront.

Wow FM did well with over $400k with bonuses in 2019. Hopefully he buys a few token shares to help the SP if he can while we are stagnant, although he is well over the required holdings by the company. That's all I can see he could do proactively for me, which doesn't even guarantee an improvement in the SP.
I see Tanya will has a target number also by 2022 so at least one of the BOD will be buying soon.
I'm super positive about the company but it would be nice if they were direct about what BE contracts they are bidding for so we aren't second guessing on just Eskom. The website states 250MWh project pipeline so they could be more specific about it without naming names.

The RNS Aim game still IS NOT being played by BMN so AIM will play us like a game until BE news or V price to $40/kgV all in my opinion.

With all this talk of director buys etc I thought to myself one person who doesn't need to buy is Mikael as he owns 16% of Bushveld energy. The only way he is going to earn some real money is when his baby flies and gets some revenues.
So people can doubt BE etc but he hasn't worked 5 years for a moderate salary while the other BOD will make millions from selling their given shares in a years to come.

Drifter I think you are drifting off beyond a balanced view now.
We all know there is money owed for Vanchem and do you not think they have accounted for that?

We have a long way to go then Drifter so best to keep positive and thank you for your honesty even if we won't always agree on everything.
I don't think anybody is happy with how the SP is behaving but the company has technically replaced building a Mokopane greenfield mine since you and others invested with the Vanchem plant after unplanned circumstances of business rescue at Vanchem and those V-spike profits.
I think if the old plan of a greenfield site was followed then I'd expect cash reserves would have had to be built with Vametco over many more years, potential further dilution and more debt than now.
Fortune has seen an opportunity to reach his 8400mtV-1000mtV target faster than expected but it will still not be quick enough for many. That in my opinion is the big picture of how he probably see's things and is ecstatic.

On another note I like others think Saudi might want Vanadium from SA due to its relatively close proximity by shipping and there aren't many places to get what they want with ease and quantity.
China won't be selling if it's a net importer and Largo has a current mine life of 8-9 years and may choose to supply America's stimulus so hopefully the Saudis want something more long term. All my opinion

Etx was one I mentioned which multi- bagged and I think another mentioned Shield changing CEO and immediately deals looked like being fast tracked.
Aston Martin also looks to be doing a lot better with a new CEO and can give confidence to a company that has lost a lot.

There are 3 companies paying for the tech so far. Just need a 4th and 5th to really fly.
Expected a drop today so surprised at the rise without news.

If you do look at forward planning then maybe look at SP Angel Estimates for 2023. Free cash flow of $100m estimated suggests to me that big dividends will come around then.
Obviously for some people ahem ‘traders’ won’t care about that. I expect BMN SP will be 10x what it is now just based on numbers and not ramping. All this being a Miner and nothing else.

How it for your holding?

Bearishly its been an hour since release and this isn't a microcap worth £2m that can be pumped and dumped in to a 30% rise.

Any rise will be slow with 900m shares in free float and news will have to get out and processed. Most of us are all in already and this share needs new large investors who will want to research the accounts properly over the week.

Superb results as I would have taken $5m profits and we would still be better than most companies on AIM.
The company is more than surviving and business as usual, which cannot be said of many due to COVID. The SP will take care of itself and they can play games if they want, but the cream always rises to the top.

I have spent an hour reading the RNS and accounts and still not finished lol.
Warren Buffet must be proud of investors buying at this level, as all you are paying for is the value of the assets and nothing towards BE and the V sales.
