Hey VV Im not mathmatician but are you dividing $18.50/29.50 to get the figure which tell's the production cost percentage.. When the actual profit is the difference $11 gained. $11/$29.50 = 37.2%

Hi GKB47 Jamiejojo might know people who work there and production numbers are not trade secret when you work in a factory or facility.
It is not price sensitive information as it could be 1kg more than expected but who knows what the expected amount was, which could be quite low.

As in most cases it's not the economics but the politics that holds change back, especially in the US and even SA, which is very sad. However due to Coronavirus, the inflection point is coming where the world has to change and some things cannot be held back.

Another fact I learnt was that every single Apple data centre and store in America is 100% renewable. No doubt they are using energy storage of some sort.

Just tried to look for clues if he knew he was going as part of the plan to push through NXP002 and other deals due to the lack of progress. I had a listen to the last Vox-market interview in December he mentioned changes to the team.
Maybe he was meant to go earlier but COVID complicated matters and their plans for NXP002 which had Q1 expectations.
Like somebody else here mentioned Dan & DT could be held accountable for the Kissei leak & China failure and the BOD wanted them to leave for the company to get deals done. Especially to save face with the Japanese who feel trust has been betrayed by those at the top.

Hi Sharesahoy I read in the annual report that they are still keeping building a mine at Mokopane as an option. The mine would approx 5400 mtV on top of what is the current target set for a few years time.
I suppose if there is a demand in 5-10 years time then you will see Brits will also be used by BMN and places like Ironveld will be distributing offtake.
Also I noticed a good percentage of the world Vanadium is produced from recycling spent catalysts from the Oil industry. With renewables coming along there will less vanadium going in that direct in the coming years.

Chablard won't the annual report be relating to financials before the NFX deal so won't need to be reported anyhow.
Anything NFX related will be next year.

MTJK have you noticed Bushveld Minerals has posted 16 twitter posts in the last few days. Previously that would be 6 months, so I think they are now driving PR. There will hopefully be a good reason for this.
In the past we had to search out each public interview and now they seem to be publicising it.
My main confidence is that the SA battery storage tender is due out in July/August and FM is bullish that some part of phase 1 will be given to BMN.
I suppose the V price spike was a bad thing to happen to many of us PI's and a sustainable rise would have been more helpful for a stable SP. However for the business it allowed for the Vanchem purchase with the free cashflows earlier than expected and replaced the Mokopane greenfield project at a sixth of the cost.
The vision is still medium term for FM & Co. Look at 2023 projection and then the profits will be multiples of the current market cap. but the hardest thing is waiting and waiting more.
In the real world I understand people's frustrations as many will need to slice their portfolio to pay bills and the undervalued SP is unideal no matter what we think of the company.
