My opinion is that past performance is not an indicator of future performance.
Many years ago there were drops this big at Amazon and Apple. If you had the conviction to ignore past performance then you would be a gazziilionaire.
Its not been great here recently I agree, but if they are expanding and building other things, the company can only improve.
I'm choosing not to follow the herd out of the exit door as I am luckily fortunate to leave the money alone.

Besides getting consistent in the mining operation last quarter we haven’t had any major good news this year. In fact we have had litigation and delays on many fronts so we just have wait until all these things clear.
At the end of the day if you are holding until the next phase end of 2022 then this is all but noise.

20% swings aren't too much of a concern if you are an investor not a trader.
With dividends and buybacks these can change with this cash rich company still generating a lot of profit. Just need these levels to hold and things will be just fine.

China improving car emissions this year is going to improve demand for catalytic convertors. China will produce plenty of their own commodities but if they don't export then the prices will hopefully go up elsewhere and remain profitable.

FAR having a future and new V mines looking to come online means there is a good business case for BMN to achieve success in the V market.
Considering the SP battering over the last couple of years, BMN has only grown in size and this year improving.
If electric cars take up the majority of lithium by 2025 due to car makers going green then I bet that VRFB's will have a significant share of energy storage market.

Just the market in general is full of panic sellers from top to bottom. I think I've learnt a lot in the past 3-4 years to realise that there is money to be made if you wait for moments like this!

Cigam my other hope is Vanadium flow batteries and possibly other flow batteries take over the long duration energy storage scene. They will use graphite electrodes so there is still plenty of graphite required with China currently developing 400-800MWh projects.
Lithium at large scale is a big bomb so I can see like some states in USA they will be banned from large scale storage in residential areas. I drive an electric car so not against lithium either.

Same thinking Art-trader, If it is $30-50m profit every year it is doing better than most in this cesspit of a market.
Smart money will keep buying every time this becomes undervalued to take advantage of the dividends.

Come on Goup you should know by now CPI don’t aggressively dump. Otherwise it would a change of character over the past couple of years.
