We seemed to be more consistent in the past year and I’m just hoping he’s sorted the problems out now and left to troubleshoot elsewhere for more money.

Is Eskom delaying news because of regulatory drags, hence BE cannot release the promised news?
Is the garnett deal challenge delaying a VRFB award, as they need to confirm ownership structure and local content for its project when Cellcube will be the battery supplier?
Will JSE listing be announced once BE has involvement in the energy storage future of the country?
Hopefully we hear about all this in the next month as there are a lot of unknowns and these are my musings.

They like taking things to the wire, just have to be patient for another year to find out.

The hedge we have been waiting for is VRFB uptake so a chunk of BMN's production is not involved in the steel industry. The same will happen in China when the big projects take off and won't help the current deficit as they consume all of any extra supply.
Anyone who thinks the price rise is all to do with Russia, needs to look back at BBN's analysis and Terry Pearles. This was coming long before the war and may accelerate regardless where Russias discounted V ends up.

I reckon BE won't update until there is news on Eskom tenders which is imminent.
Likely starts as cascade of BE news and links into electrolyte plant and possibly JSE listing.

Thankfully BMN are planning mini-grids at its operations and when that happens the costs will drop significantly.

Also with traders panic buying and a squeeze on V supply, I'm sure any deals now will be being made to the highest bidder around $60kg today.

Let's see what we hear from Mustang energy tomorrow as the 72 hours are up. This may kick-start the Bushveld energy side of things, especially with projects becoming more transparent and there being a direct valuation for our stake to monitor.

If this type of volume continues for weeks I will be very pleased irrelevant of the SP. This would wipe out day traders, shorters and big sellers until true value is reached.
I'm happy to continue holding and adding as I have done for 4 years now and hopefully my heavy conviction finally pays off.
