With the business we are now seeing the compound interest in production volumes, cost reduction, products, new facilities etc etc.
Hopefully we start seeing the fruits of this in the actual profits and share price. As with successful businesses they failed in many things and what they are now did not happen with similar struggles and failures. They slowly built up and expanded as BMN are doing now.
If you take a step back and see they are majority owners of Mokopane, Brits, Vanchem, Vametco, BE and an Electrolyte plant in less than 10 years. You have to think with a bit of luck and no more external events BMN can do very well.

Also note 7% of Vanchem is chemical production and this is 300% up on last year. They will undoubtably cost a lot more to produce but will sell for far more than the FeV price.
Lets just hope the products in transit mainly go to the USA.

I suspect BMN are a lot more savvy in the current pricing environment and ensure they get the full premium price with current demand. The reason I believe they will not sell to the lowest bidder is because the Orion facility is pegged to the V price and sales, so they need to get every penny out of sales.

Bushveld will repay the principal amount and pay interest via quarterly payments determined initially as the sum of:

§ a gross revenue rate (set at 1.175 per cent for 2020 and 2021 and 1.45 per cent from 2022 onwards, subject to adjustment based on applicable quarterly vanadium prices) multiplied by the gross revenue for the quarter; and

§ a unit rate of US$0.443/kgV multiplied by the aggregate amount of vanadium sold for the quarter.

Nobody knows Ben as the market has always been opaque.
There are many things that BMN will control which will keep them in eternal profit. This is electrolyte sales and production costs in the $20 per kg region, hopefully coming H2.

I think FM cannot predict the H2 V prices which could go below break even so has to preserve cash.
As long he is honourable and gives us dividends (unlikely buybacks also) in the future we should accept it for what it is. If prices could sustain these levels then this would be possible next year for sure.
