I totally agree on the figures with the exception that I really believe 20p is the worst outcome from here. On my calculations 30p is probable.

With regards to Amtech I filtered him a while ago, due to his repetitive nonsense. Leathal I have just filtered as clearly investing is not for him! He does nothing than blame the board for his own investment decision and has nothing of value to add to this board.

Leathal, you do come across as an emotional investor. You need to trust your research, although it strikes me that you might not have done any.

The economics on this are the best around and with MB invested to the tune of nearly 10% it really is a question of time. I was expecting this to be producing by 2021 (the original plan). Am I frustrated over the time taken and current share price yes. Do I understand the reasons for this, yes I do. Have fun added more over the years, yes I have.

Long story short, frustrated, understand why and more importantly my reasons for investing still apply.

Dee, I don't think they will mind too much missing out on the £700k as they have plenty for current operations. If it was going to end up going towards the equity part of finance then I'm sure we will raise it at a much higher price and have slightly less dilution.
What will be interesting is if Matt Bull converts his 1.6m warrants as that will make a statement at the current price.

Why should I not question you on your unsubstantiated comments? You made a statement (twice now) that it "smells" however your actions are at odds to this and at best make you look disingenuous. Your answer was was totally evasive and came across as obtuse.

Amtech, I don't really understand why you are still invested here? You say that you traded the share and are currently on a free carry. If that is so and it "smells" why don't you just sell up and take your profit?

SJ, last year the Final results RNS came out on 28th May, so I would be expecting this year's to be at the end of next week. I'm expecting we will get an update as to progress made and hopefully some idea of timescales for the next steps. I think when the meaningful news starts to flow it will come out in quick succession.
I'm still hoping for construction to start this year however the longer this lack of news goes on the more unlikely this becomes.
Like Rover if I had more funds to throw at this I certainly would as long term I have no doubts.
The question for you is do you add at these great buying price levels or wait for further news and add at the premium price that news will bring?

Jam, I totally agree and on top of that we have three more areas with exploration licences. Let's get the warrants out the way on 6th May and hopefully a massively increased newsflow to finally starting to get this mine built. Then we can start to think about our other opportunities.

I'm by no means certain that we will get the block listing update. They only have to update the market every six months 17th December was the last mandatory update. We also didn't get any update at the beginning of January, February or March. In my view they want to keep warrant holders in the dark as to what has been exercised/lapsed. With the April warrants due by the end of next month I think this silence will continue. After April I'm expecting a warrant update and the newsflow to start. One thing is certain this is a compelling investment currently and after the optimised DFS I'm expecting it to be even more so.

MB might not take much of a salary here however he is also on the board of Paterson Resources. Their accounts ending June 21 showed he was paid just under $120,000 AUS. I would imagine that these might not be his only income streams.

I'm not really sure what brings you to that conclusion JH? MB has just under 8m warrants out of the 30m remaining at the last block listing review. So plenty of scope for others to be selling, particularly our recently cash strapped Volt friend. As Spartacus says we will just have to wait. Not long to go now at least....

Neither MB or Kabunga have any of the 3.25p warrants that expire on the 30th April.

So Petra Diamonds agreed a free carry of 16% and that is also what Blackrock agreed. We are using the same consultants, Above Ground Advisory that Blackrock used, my guess would be a 16% free carry! I had always used 20% in my calculations so I will be happy with that.
