The psychology of dropping the SP in between bouts of jam tomorrow news is quite simple. The MMs want to lock in as many investors as possible (why wouldn't you as a MM) some are locked in here from 2p. Not too many fresh investors or share holders wanting to top up so its easy money.
When the next good news arrives quite a few will offload stock into that rise and MMs get their stock for the next upturn.
Lots of good news (jam tomorrow news) in the pipeline but its only the takeover or offer of money upfront on the table that will really shift the SP. Any other positive news will be followed by a spike and then a drift down back to the 1p-1.5p level. Some will agree some will disagree but that's my take on things here at the moment.
If anyone is wondering I have 2 million shares some acquired at 0.06p up to 2.41p (yes I added at that point) and have never sold a single share.
I am here for the long run and it has been a long run but I intend to see this out and cant be bothered trying to make money on the daily tick ups, I'm not that good or confident, but I do know a good thing when I see it.
Good luck to all long term holders on here, I'm sure we will have our days in the sun but don't be looking to cash in too soon. It could be a year it could be two before I sell anything but GGP is a vastly different company to the one I started investing in many years ago.
The 0.06p (20 bagged) shares I bought are looking good now. I think the 2.41p shares will look an absolute bargain in the future.I have no doubt. Us older guys (57) have a little more patience. If you add in the fact i'm from Yorkshire then you will perhaps understand "we don't go chucking our money abart willy nilly"
