It’s still the same Appeal system with gov inspectors the inspector turned it down last time because there was a better ground sheet needed for spillage around the area stones were to sharp or something like that could not be bothered reading the full thing but my point is the gov Appeal did take that time and there was no cost applied for on that occasion so that may put it farther into 2020 but who really knows just another brick in the road or hump to get over.

Looking back at the RNS on last Appeal it was 70 days from date to date at that rate we are in the 32 day... The 6/02/2020 will be 62 days so in other words it could be anytime 14/02/2020 or in late Feb 2020 when results drop on to RNS.

The Public Inquiry concluded on 7 November 2019, having commenced on 5 November 2019 in S****horpe, Lincolnshire. The Public Inquiry, which included a site visit, lasted three days, instead of the planned six days. As previously announced, North Lincolnshire Council presented no evidence. An application for costs has also been submitted.

The council give up and the inspector is to let it through by the end of this year.
The sticking point maybe holding it up to last minute is the expenses that will be added to the council for holding this up with no real evidence that there was a problems just the stupid councillors sitting on the fence that is as the last RNS stated so maybe the very last day 31 Dec 2019 will the release be sent out a dit will be April before real production starts.

It was bad enough that the council was a loose cannon with the planning and blocking on UJO with no real credence to their objections.
Now the Gov Inspector is taken the P*** after the 12 of December he said and now 11 days later still no news.

So the RNS said after the 12 Dec election date but before year end not many working days left two before Xmas then Friday 27 with 30 31 Monday Tuesday.
So latest will be Tuesday 31 for release of information then Thursday x Friday 2 and 3 Jan 2020 to see where the share price goes on the results

Does this mean that KPZ is the owners of copper mine in Zambia no outstanding problems with other disputed owners.
Can only assume so and then only assuming that the drilling’s showed they got potential and are more than adequate to pay up and hopefully start production, ASAP in new year 2020.

This could be the opening for Tanzanian power once the line is in and Edl may get in on the act.
However the Tanzanian gov is not very fast at getting thinks going so may miss the boat here
