Can you tell me how many shares Epstein received from Krunch acquisition, how many he disposed of, how much cash he received, how much of that cash he reinvested into MOS and when you have done that, could you please convince me they are the actions of a CEO who expects his company to be bought out any time soon?

His intention was to see his MOS holding hit a value of £1M.
When that was achieved he would significantly derisk and trade the rest.
He now holds 230M, far more than he intended.
Work out what the SP now needs to be for his million quid.

I remember having a long telephone conversation with Ciclitira once.
He made all the correct noises, was going to sort out finances, provide more transparency, exciting new projects that were transformational, curb his excessive renumeration blah blah blah.
SP was double figures.
He was very open to a shareholder zoom call too, on one condition.
All attendees would be visible, no hiding behind anonymity.
He was fed up with faceless holders abuse.

I see nothing wrong in Epstein telling LTHs that a quick return to 0.4p is on the cards, then diluting us further at 0.3p (Krunch) and 0.29p (unknown Agents).
And there is absolutely nothing untoward in taking part in a Q&A to calm LTHs nerves whilst working on a 33% discounted placing.
I'm sure if there was a less disingenuous path to take the BOD would have done so.
But with Ticketmaster now entering the NFT space everything will work out just fine.

It doesn't really matter if we haven't heard of a Mexican player as long as there is a strong demand for his NFT.
However, if we signed a well known (to UK AIM investors) Football team then it would spark greater interest and more buying.
