The problem with masking the true situation is eventually someone finds it out.
And we all know the resulting reaction and its not pretty for shareholders.

I've just searched for F1 Miami packages.
Found a number of outlets offering tickets.
Had a quote for full hospitality (Alfa Romeo)with hotel accommodation for 3 nights at just over £11K.
There are cheaper options available for the 3 days, or any single days.
Was unable to find Alive Entertainment as a ticket provider.
Not quite sure what "sold out" means because the event certainly isn't a sell out with one report claiming ticket sales were slower than last year.
Of course, all this speculation regarding F1/Alive and Lopez could be put to bed with a RNS.
But that would require a modicum of transparency, which has been sadly lacking for over a 12 month now.

You're not concerned that on January 19th the Company announced they were providing packages for all events Lopez attended this year, yet 12 weeks and 4 events later they appear to have reneged on that guidance?
Surely that means revenue has been lost? Possibly $80K worth.
Could it be you're not concerned because you are clueless?
I think that's the most likely explanation.

Go take a look at Lopez official website.
HeroesNFTClub is still named as a sponsor.
If the contract had been terminated I'd expect to see HeroesNFTClub removed.
My concern is what was officially put out by Epstein 12 weeks ago and whether the strategy has been followed through.

No numbers.
A long winded cringeworthy description of the event.
The reality was just 5 sales.
Not really a problem though if the packages are available, and sold for every event this year as promised.
The promotional video that followed was exceptional.
But since then, nothing.
Shareholders are forced to contact the BOD to clarify the situation.
It's simply not good enough.
They've gone from 1 extreme to another in a matter of weeks.
A big fanfare over the Lopez offering to silence over a new project and partnership in F1.
Meanwhile we hover above all time lows and are expected to trust that things are going to plan.

How is the contract going very well?
Have they been selling VIP Packages at the events she's entered this year?

Didn't his mouthpieces even state on here that the funds had been received?

Getting stock at 2p with the knowledge that Lee money had landed seemed a no brainer at the time I should imagine.

Not sure we have lost the contract.
But I'm positive that what was promised in the RNS in January hasn't come to fruition.
Unless of course someone can provide evidence that we have offered VIP Passes to all her events since the initial "sell out".
