Instead of coming straight out and accusing Barry of selling some of his 230 million shares and not notifying, you are now saying that big shareholders hold stock in multiple accounts across friends and family and that is what is being offloaded.

For what it's worth, I believe big shareholders who claim to have a close relationship with a CEO in an illiquid stock can easily manipulate the SP to increase their holdings by trading.

I'm talking about Epstein claiming that upcoming contracts and revenue generated from them would mean no future raise.

Since that statement there has been 4 contracts with only 3 generating revenue within a 7 month period.

How many $500 EFC sold?

Necaxa Ultimate and Gaby Passes total how much? Between $65k - $100k?

How many lower price point NFTs sold? Enough to send us into a different stratosphere?

Here's something to focus your mind.

After the disgraceful £1.2M cash call in October (taking cash in bank to over £2M) Epstein was asked about the need for future funding. His response was that upcoming contracts and revenue generated from them would nullify the need for any further raises.

We have had 4 contracts, Necaxa, Lopez, EFC and Cadiz.

In January Epstein claimed that our incoming NFT revenue would take MOS into a different stratosphere.

Just 3 of those contracts have generated any revenue and what has been received certainly hasn't resulted in any rockets.

End of March cash in bank down to £1.4M.

Perhaps those that claim to have eyes on NFT sales can reveal the total for April and May?

So given that Burton likes a £1.2M cash call and the markets in general being poor, if he actually managed to get a Placing away how many more shares would be issued and how would that affect your £85M valuation by September? (Let's be kind and speculate he'll get it away at 0.9p)

Not true. Epstein promised 100s of Pumas drops. Then he changed the narrative in a podcast when he admitted that the Partners (clubs) were in control. He even used Mexican officials being in Qatar for the World Cup as an excuse.

When I pointed this out to our number 1 ramper and biggest shareholder he ignored the situation.

So as it stands, when we sign deals, we give away cash and/or shares and hand over control to the Partners who decide as and when there are drops.

If our Partners have a busy schedule with higher priorities, drops don't occur which impacts our revenue.

A trip to Cadiz for a photo opportunity to massage his ego and admit he's done fook all for 6 months.

Just remember, Epstein is the guy who said in January that the Company would be in a different place in 4 months time.
