When the SP was failing to recover from the 0.3p Placing (25% discount) some shareholders were getting very edgy. Some took to this forum voicing their concerns. Not many however tried to explore why the SP was struggling.

Then we had Placing rumours. Why would there be a cash call some asked? Simple, not enough money to sign contracts.

Those that did offer up explanations for a poor performance in share price were shouted down. The biggest shareholder categorically denied there was need for a Placing, going so far as to predict a SP of 1p in 4 weeks.

The Placing duly came, a couple of weeks after Epstein assured investors the Company was in fine fettle.

So here we are again only worse. The SP is near 45% below a Placing price that was at a 33% discount. And nobody wants to explore why. The same sycophants that were spouting everything was fine last year and attacking anyone who dared say it wasn't are doing the same thing again.

Has this BOD delivered shareholder value? Absolutely not and anyone suggesting they have done a good job to date are talking absolute nonsense.

Yes Roley I can elaborate. It appears that Mahmut Sokun would have been very aware at the time that fan experience sports NFT deals in Brazil were collapsing. Yet we went ahead and hired him to the tune of £300K to work on similar deals in Mexico. Investigations have taken place ffs.
