Interesting that you claim Epsteins shares were shared between 2 other Directors and salaries were more than half what they actually were.

Both statements factually incorrect and nobody has piled in.

But considering nobody dared correct you on the backdated IGS payments I'm not surprised.

What does surprise me is the biggest shareholder doesn't know these things. Or does it? I did have to explain to him the Krunch acquisition meant more dilution.

The question is I suppose, is he simply mistaken or deliberately misleading the forum?

Of the approximate 45.5 million gifted shares the CEO disposed of, approximately 41 million went to Nigel Burton. An advisor who has fingers in many pies, maybe as many as 14. How much time per month is set aside for this company I couldn't say.

Perhaps our biggest shareholder can clarify how much the CEO has taken out of the Company and how much he has put in?

The BOD hold around 12.75% between them. I haven't looked into how many shares they have actually purchased and as most will tell you my maths isn't to be trusted. I'm sure if they have actually purchased loads instead of having them gifted someone will soon be forthcoming with the amount.

You may also want to consider the CEO received a sizeable cash sum for the Krunch transaction and shares. The shares he received last year he promptly disposed of.

Also worth pointing out that revenue from IGS contributed to those results, and will do so this time round.

However, there has been no news of another extension to this partnership which is now overdue and questions regarding if they attended the Bitso bash this week have fallen on deaf ears.

(last year revenue was £1.1mln so 25% of the MCAP - amazing for a microcap).

Mcap was approximately £8.4M at the time of results.
