And I'm certainly not going to listen to someone who claims to not to have sold 1 share, has bought over 260 million shares yet not one of them is in profit and pretends to be an overseas investor with the purpose of misleading other investors.

So now we have employed a "proper" Broker, what made fools like you go around telling everyone that MOS would be a £100M Mcap Company with Peterhouse as a Broker and TMS as a promoter?

When I raised the issue about TMS didn't you state you hadn't heard of them? Epstein went as far as saying they had been recommended to him so he went with them. I wonder who recommended them? Goodfellow?

Of more interest is what Epstein promised at the end of November.

The Placing would take us to the next level. A SP hitting levels never seen before (he's almost got that right I suppose). Timings of 3, 6 and 12 months for shareholder value. 8 months later and we are languishing near all time lows.

It's fair to say things haven't gone to plan, and not for the first time. They tried and failed to get the 0.5p warrants exercised and we all know what happened next....

You've been telling people for 2 years that you know what's coming. There is little doubt you have inside info, evidenced by the number of times you have signalled news prior to it being announced.

In fact, as a Tr1 holder I'd expect you to see RNSs prior to their release. It is strange though that the only news you never seem to get a heads up on is Placings. Even stranger is your continued support for a CEO that is playing you.

Either way, neither scenario is a good look for Epstein. Or you for that matter.

What I know is you fled from at least 2 Telegram groups before the Placing RNS landed after spending weeks telling everyone they should "do themselves a favour and hold some MOS in their portfolios".

Worse still, when you eventually reappeared you go into full ramp mode again despite the failure of the Company to take advantage of the World Cup.

Simply put, you're a wrong un.

I'm very aware of what went on.

Prior to the 1st cash call, Epstein, with your help, told everyone that the cash position was healthy and there wasn't a necessity to exercise the 0.5p warrants to acquire Krunch. This led to investors topping up from 0.3p to 0.4p as fears of dilution were squashed. Epstein promptly did the opposite.

The second instance, placing rumours had been around for weeks. You attacked anyone that put up any reason for the need to raise. Even the correct reason.

Let's not forget Epstein took part in a Q&A to reassure investors whilst working on the Placing and you are still his strongest supporter 🤔👀

Just remember Barry, there are some here that haven't forgotten, and won't forget, the part you played in ramping this just prior to 2 destructive cash calls.

The reality is Epstein sold you a pup, dropped the affiliate revenue division because it was dead in the water, and now you're overexposed and throwing good money after bad.

262.5 million shares and not one of them in profit. Yet you're the clever one and everyone else is clueless.
