The only debt MOS appears to have is the result of a Krunch loan for working capital 🤔

I see there is a debate on another forum where Barry is defending Epstein and the Krunch acquisition.

First thing to point out is the rationale for the acquisition was because the BOD of Krunch held MOS over a barrel with a 90 day termination clause.

With the 49% acquisition, Epstein as a 33.5% holder in Krunch received approximately £150K and 22.6M shares.

The second stage saw him receive approximately £100K and 89M shares, 45 million which he promptly offloaded.

Over the course of the last 5 months you paid £103K for 2.4% when it was blatantly obvious the company was skint. You literally notified an increased holding when Epstein was failing to get a Placing away.

You're £430K down but still playing the know it all big man.

But that's irrelevant. People invested their hard earned into this stock off the back of what the BOD told them they could deliver.

Even when concerns were raised they were dismissed. Even worse, Epstein took part in a Q&A in September 2022 to ease concerns, knowing he was about to raise cash at a stupid discount.

Currently, his line is the new venture will earn enough revenue to cover working capital for the next 12 months.

You would be correct however regarding the numbers being out. Hefty monthly cashburn, next to no revenue coming in, extra dilution currently being worked on, still won't raise enough and new highly speculative venture months away.

Basically a stock that is univestable but possibly a trade in it on the rare occasion there's liquidity.

I wonder if anyone has pointed out in there that Barry claimed to be an expert in affiliate revenue but failed to recognise the dwindling revenues being masked by the IGS contract?

Impossible to sensibly discuss this stock when you have the likes of Barry, Barker, Rowley, Sophie, Silversprings going out of their way to suppress the obvious red flags that have been raised over more than 2 years.

Assuming Epstein manages to coax the cult into parting with £300K there should be enough to see them to the summer.

Raising more cash will be almost impossible but if by some miracle the SP spikes, Epstein will certainly try to take advantage.

Didn't someone say if he was going to raise he would have done it when the SP hit 0.12p?

No mention of revenue split.

Assuming MOS gets it all, that £182K covers 7 weeks cash burn.

Of course they have to raise.

They didn't raise anywhere near the amount they wanted to keep this going 12 months.
