I believe the SP was around 0.16p when Epstein was appointed to the BOD. Not quite a 6 bagger but good darts all the same.

Then it all came crashing down as the market caught on, despite the continued rhetoric from Epstein.

Personally, in light of the failure to secure outside funding for this venture, I'm afraid its yet another jam tomorrow punt that won't amount to anything substantial.

Apart from a relatively small amount, the funding for this venture came from insiders.

As always there are 2 sides of the coin.

1. This shows confidence from the BOD that they can return shareholder value.

2. Their hand was forced. Without inside investment the venture couldn't get off the ground and most probably all would be lost.

Is that the betting platform that has a link to Quanta that owes MOS approximately £400K?

Given its limited recent operations, there is no financial information regarding Estadio to report under Schedule 4 of the AIM Rules.

It's this statement which possibly was the sticking point why Epstein failed to find outside interest to fund this venture.

It's another very high risk venture by a CEO who to date has an abysmal record on delivering shareholder value.
