If he's offered 5.6p he's returned his shareholders 1000% in a decent time frame. Job done.

I happen to know that Hogan personally told someone (who regarded him as a mate) that the BOD were in possession of a very large cheque which would sort out the refinancing.
He is a snake and there are many investors that underestimated how dangerous and devious he is.
The lesson is to never touch anything he is involved in, and if you extend that to his little crew too, you should be safe.
As for Jack, unless Hogan has employed a proof writer or has miraculously learnt how to string a sentence together without error, it's not him.

This is the 4th time Bright Bricks have exhibited at Mermaid Quay in Cardiff.
You need to ask yourself why they are keen to take up repeat orders?
Same as the Zoos, increased customer footfall.
In short, the business strategy works.
And i wouldnt bet against a Xmas exhibit either.

October last year the company raised £3M to acquire Bright Bricks. The acquisition included 100 Million bricks.
So 10 million is £300K? Simplified maths I know but considering DC put £250K into the last raise himself I've a feeling a raise of that size will be vastly oversubscribed.

Price action is similar to last year.
Its the downside to low free float.
When a big holder offloads the SP takes a hit.
Couldn't fathom out why there was a seller last year, selling as low as 29p.
It makes you question your investment, what am I missing?
Once the seller was out the SP rose steadily up to a quid.
So here we are, at the years low because it appears we have (had?) a big seller.
Opportunity has presented itself, like others have said today, I too took advantage.
My only concern here, I haven't got enough shares.

Think the Brokers Note stated if expectations were exceeded £1 could be achieved.
