When you RNS you want to raise 10M, then 10M is what you hope to get.
Only getting 6M and saying that's fine, that's all we need, is just putting a spin on it and trying to save face.

So if he could have raised A$10M, he would have turned it down and only taken A$6M????

So to summarise,
The CR was successful, even though he failed to raise the A$10M.
Getting a Major on board wasn't in shareholders interests. Did he know this before or after hinting at a Tier 1 player?
Hoping the next drill in 6 months time will be the one.

Zorbas and Hogan had their shares at 0.05p.
Hogan had spent weeks on the ANR forum deramping the stock.
The SP didn't got near that price (initially), in fact on the day their holding was announced it did 60%.
SP went as high as 0.7p bid, they both were sitting on £1.3M profit.
Once again, Hogan told his mates, to their faces, that 2p was coming on the next deal.
Of course it was all lies, and whilst his mates held for news he was bailing out.
When you check the dates of his Tr1, they don't add up. That amount of shares was never offloaded at that time, and we are expected to believe he sold at a loss?
Hopefully investors here get their money back, but as night follows day, the conmen will pop up somewhere again. We just need to be vigilant, look for their names, and warn off any unsuspecting punters.

Brom, my first ever AIM purchase was 88e at 68p.
Immediately made an error because I didn't purchase in an ISA.
Lost some shares when I transfered.
Bought on the way down resulting in a 0.55p average.
Have also bought as high as 2.7p, about the same time as a LTH who claims he multi bagged elsewhere before buying but isn't underwater here ;)

Currently it's 69.4p to buy.
4 years ago, almost to the day, (September 15th) I paid 68p.
I also bought lower during 2015, in the low 0.3s.
There was a SPP at 0.55p.
So not quite an accurate statement I'm afraid. For balance.
