Hi Bottom Feeder.
Before anyone starts to make accusation towards me as being an insider or share price ramper I would like to again disclose my true identity and current interest in AEG, which I know is very unusual for most operating on this share chat site where hiding behind made up nick names or aliases is the norm.
Guvnor was my unique identity which appeared on my trading badge when I worked as a Market Maker /Trader on both the International Petroleum Exchange & the New York Mercantile Exchange. Because of my experience & contacts with major energy companies I was asked by Richard Spinks to provide AEG with consultancy services which led to the introduction of Biomass Energy Enhancement (BEE) and the formation of CoalSwitch back in September 2015. I then introduced Chas Fritz CEO of BEE & original CEO of CoalSwitch to a number of my contacts at the largest biomass broking operations where he agreed terms with them to drive CoalSwitch to their power utility clients. Unfortunately Chas was lost to a major heart attack in January 2016 & the new management team decided to use a different approach to market which led to me withdrawing my services in August 2016. Since I've been a shareholder with approx 8 million shares & regular attender at all AGMs/meetings where I've been seen using my expertise to provide constructive criticism/direction which unfortunately is sometimes received with red frowny faces from the board.
Reading through yesterdays RNS I think St Brides has again badly worded the announcement, which really isn't a big surprise because we've already seen their organisation skills at trying to simply register shareholder correctly for the recent AEG investor lunch which turned into a PR nightmare rather than a positive event which was David Burton from Total Market Solutions intention.
The pictures in yesterdays RNS clearly shows the arrival of the reactors which make up the full 5TPH commercial plant which can be seen operating in the YouTube video link which I attached in my post from yesterday. St Brides RNS states these as being test reactors which is completely wrong and has therefore once again caused more confusion.
The 3 test reactors vary in size from the smallest known as the bench tabletop which processes just a few lbs of biomass at a time to the middi and finally the large which handles several hundreds lbs (depending on feedstock) & can be seen mounted on a easy to transport skid in my twitter video link also from yesterday.
As to why its going to take possibly 5 to 6 months to reassemble the plant at Lumberton dose sound very excessive but could it be Rowan likes to understate then over deliver rather than the statements put out by the previous CEO.
Bottom Feeder I hope this helps you overcome some of your confusion but should you need any further information please don't hesitate to ask. Also should any other investor have questions I'll try my best to answer within reason.
This is a link to the YouTube video showing the launch presentation held at the Salt Lake Facility in February 2018 when AEG demonstrated the operation of their 5 TPH machine which has now just been moved to their new Lumberton Facility.

Hi bottom feeder.
Thanks for your Forward thinking - Fingers Crossed summary and in a perfect world I would agree with your event calendar but unfortunately this is AEG & because I attended the investor presentation lunch back in April the information given was the 5 TPH plant should be running towards the end of 2019. You are correct there are 3 test reactors which range in size and they should be running very soon and produce a variety of different size test samples. I've attached a video to my twitter feed showing their largest test reactor in operation at their test facility in Salt Lake February 2016.

Hi Nagy,
Thanks for the links to the coal ash wastes located around Lumberton but for AEG to make it's Superfuel it needs to mix CoalSwitch with coal fines rather than coal ash. Coal ash is the left over wastes after coal has been burnt so most of the important Hydro-carbons have been removed while coal fines are the very small particles/ dust which are produced when new coal is mined.
Because coal fines are highly explosive coal is washed before being transported and these fines are then placed in slurry pools or pilled into slag heaps. Millions of tons of these wastes are spread out around the world at mines which are still in operation and others now closed. These wastes are now slowly leaching into the ground polluting groundwater and causing huge environmental problems.
Legislation is now being introduced forcing the companies which caused these wastes to clean them up.
This presents AEG with a very exciting opportunity to partner with these companies because CoalSwitch not only acts as a great natural binder to glue these coal fines together but it also creates a enhancing effect when burnt so producing a greener cleaner coal.
Once the AEG Lumbertone hub is up and running these partnerships should quickly start to form globally as more coal companies are forced to clean up their mess and by using this method their wastes once again become a very exciting revenue generating scheme.
That's not a surprise but I would imagine the NOMAD would be following these type of share chat sites to make sure their clients are adhering to AIM rules and communication with the shareholders and ultimately the owners of the companies the BOD should have respect to be working for.
With rumours of Richard Spinks attending the coming AGM to ask questions as a major shareholder and for several other major shareholder too I think it could be a very precarious period for Michael Rowan.
What does intertrader know which the market doesn't. Large investment in both Coalswitch which when mixed with coalfines makes a new super clean burning fuel. AEG is Coalswitch. EDL is coalfines.
What's that old saying "quietly quietly catchy monkey"

Watching how St Brides handled the Share Holder & Investor lunch you can clearly see this company isn't able to even arrange a piss up in a brewery let alone handling the more complex PR for a struggling PLC. What should have been a positive PR exercise turned into an absolute disaster for building confidence with long term very loyal shareholders.
Well if the share price slips a little more we may all be offered another free lunch. I'm going for the Davy bangers with mash next time. Sounds quite appropriate for a company specialising in steam explosion technology.
After last weeks Investor/shareholder lunch presentation Michael Rowan could always call a slightly earlier than previous years AGM to help calm all shareholders nerves and bolster new investor interests. He was certainly very bullish with his plans for Lumberton and moving forward. If members from Georgia Renewable Power and Andritz could also attend and present why their so enthusiastic about the project I'm sure it would prove a game changer.
I think we all know the financials for year ending 2018 are going to be a total disaster with no revenue generated and lots of expenses from non-commercialised projects so lets get the bad news out of the way asap and cleverly use the new so to soften the blow and focus us all with positively moving forward
Share in an AIM listed Coal to Energy company increased over 400% today showing what can happen when a company executes a great business strategy along with a sound share placement.
Note this is a coal company marketing the sale of newly dug coal and its this fuel which had the Extinction Activists super gluing themselves to the London Stock Exchange just last week.
Between beginning of Jan and end March 2019 Edenville produce less per hour than AEG's first 5 ton per hour machine will produce and CoalSwitch will be priced at over twice the price than that of currently selling coal.
If AEG can get it right there's no reason why 400% price increase can't happen here.
The Lumberton County Commissioner has given the go ahead to change the Alamac site from Residential/Agricultural across to Heavy Industrial usage.

"The commissioners did approve the rezoning of a 46.22-acre tract of land and a 104.18-acre tract of land, both near Lumberton, owned by Alamac Holdings LLC from Residential Agricultural to Heavy Industrial.
Channing Jones, the county’s economic development director, said the zoning change will make the land available for new development quicker. There are developers possibly interested in the land, Jones said."
The clearest picture yet of coal ash contamination in the United States is emerging, with utilities reporting serious groundwater contamination in at least 22 states.
At dozens of power plants across the country, including many in the Southeast, utilities have found coal-ash pollution severe enough to force them to propose cleanup plans. Those plans will likely become the next front in a decades-long battle over how to manage one of the nation's largest industrial waste streams—one tainted by toxic heavy metals.

Looks all very good for AEG's Superfuel which is being manufactured in Poland.!!!!!!!
COP24 host and Polish President Andrzej Duda has told coal miners in the country that the industry will continue to play an important role in Poland.
Speaking to miners in the southern town of Brzeszcze, Duda said Poland “will continue to rely on coal. Of course, we’ll achieve an energy mix, we’ll implement our strategy, but coal remains and will remain in Poland.”
Poland is one of many nations that are heavily reliant on coal for energy and has been firm in its stance in supporting the industry with the use of new technologies that make it more efficient.
“We’re there, we’re its organisers, but we’re also there to speak the truth without taking into account political correctness, which is often driven by foreign interests and not Polish ones,” he told the miners.
However, many of the participants at COP24 are ignoring this line of argument and are instead calling for the end of fossil fuels.
During his address at the COP24 opening ceremony, Duda said: “We have been able to secure energy security and the development of industry based on efficient coal technologies.
“The use of our own natural resource, that is coal in the case of Poland, and relying our energy security on these resources is thus not contradictory to climate protection and to the progress of climate protection.”
