Anyone with a bit of sense can see that once the remaining overhang clears, natural supply and demand will drive the price. I expect we’ll hit 0.05 before the Glencore announcement, which could push us beyond 0.10.

On the 23 April 2025 the Company announced that a non-binding letter of interest had been concluded. The large trading house concerned has now conducted a second site visit and has confirmed that the minimum requirements for their purchase of spodumene is Saleable Concentrate. Further updates will follow.

The debt comment is a bit misleading. Debt was used to fund the processing plant which will generate value over 20 years.

The biggest risk with prem has always been can they get the plant producing consistently at a good grade. Yesterday's RNS confirms that they can.

You can safely assume 1/3 of the volume clears the Overhang so 15B will have cleared 5B of the 6B placing shares. Overhang will be done by lunch time at the current rate and then BOOM 💥

If they are short of shares then raise the bid. They seem to mark the price down on nothing and then don't mark it up on buys

Brokers / MM's not allowing investors to buy - surely this is manipulation of the price. I've been taking screenshots to build my case. Unbelievable!!

Who knows how many the seller has left although the recent shift in selling pattern could indicate that its nearing the end. Seller seems reluctant to sell much below current place so happy to load up more in the meantime.
