The article sounds as though they want a third party involved in the marginal bid process , might be some corruption... 226 is not a new license or a marginal bid

The only thing I take from this is business is moving in Lagos, not convinced it’s directly related to 226 ... Nigeria has been trying to implement new legislation for months, even year’s ??? Might be an indirect connection there ... no doubts for me on atomic, not what you know but who you know ! ... kinda was thinking the same on Palmer as well ????
