I know Niger insurance has been going through a restructuring the last year or so , financial problems if you will , might be a minor issue , but if insurance on the asset is up in the air , this could be an issue with the DPR ... or it could be I have to much free time lately????

I don’t understand why some folks are thinking there’s two transactions here ... it’s the asset that gets us the finance and the finance gets us the asset.. you don’t get one without the other !

Just to add a little more, I believe we need both markets, atomic is a North American deal , so to speak and the Nigerian deal is London deal if you will , if you dig a little you see that how big oil works , we need to draw from both , good move to be on both markets
