I still think there must be a very good reason why Rita and the BOD went for a 1 for every 100 ************** as the amount of gain we now need to breakeven is very high. Otherwise they could have look at 1 for 10 exchange so instead of having to have the SP at 30p plus it could have been 3p To late now ;-((( Just hope Rita can make this work after all the support that WE have given her over the last few years !!!

Is Rita still signing off the NEW share certificates as the numbers of shares have not been changed on the Shareholders Analysis report on the company web page. I don't think we will see any news until November until all of the paperwork has been completed. I would like to think that the BOD have picked up on the discontent of us the small long termers as we all now need 30p upwards just to breakeven ;-((( No shareholder value here thus far so come on BOD / WED lets get moving UP not DOWN

Shareholders who hold Existing Ordinary Shares in uncertificated form will have such shares disabled in their CREST accounts on the Record Date, and their CREST accounts will be credited with the New Ordinary Shares following Admission, which is expected to take place on 24 October 2017. Morning smidsy Thought you would be out on Blackpool Beach selling your garlic worms this morning as it is half term now? Or have you got your calculator out and dividing all your golden eggs by 100 ;-) So by the 24 October we will lose our MAGP millionaire share holder status ;-( !!!
