Have you had AIM share certificates transferred into Crest yet ?? as all I can get out of Interactive Investor is that MAGP need to issue new certificates ;-(.

I thought that the broker had to fill in a transfer form and that was it !!!!

How have others gone about it ???

Morning playmates I am back ;-)

Smidsy its a typo by LSE mate £500 divided by 0.0035 = 142,857 shares !!!!!

Therefore my average now has come down from 40p to 16p just hope MAGP survives so that we can recoup our losses !!!!

I WISH IT WAS 35p HAPPY DAYS THEN.

I have e-mailed Rita asking for a formal update via new web page but I expect I will end up chasing my tail waiting for the answer if it ever comes ;-((((

Hopefully all shares are now stored on CREST and the money is paid over to the bank so MAGP can continue to trade !!!!!!!

Dec 2017 As announced on 4 July 2017, Magnolia entered into an exclusive agreement with WED to invest, on behalf of WED, up to US$18.5 million into the Oklahoma oil and gas market. Morning smidsy I tried to contact St Brides Partners Ltd yesterday and apparently Frank is on leave also tried MAGP ! Also no reply. I did talk to my agent and basically they have said once delisted MAGP share will be held electronically on the CREST register then you can sell within CREST back to the company or just wait and see if they start to make any money and pay a dividend or end goal the company is sold and you are paid for your shares or new share issue in the new company. I did ask why there is no notification of this on the company web page and what is plan B if they get a NO vote! Also asked if WED have pulled out and what is the state of Bank loan.
