The SP decline this year has been brutal and one certainly needs a strong stomach to remain fully invested here. However, the mayoral elections in Nicaragua take place tomorrow - could this be the much needed catalyst to accelerate us towards permits? A lot of pieces in the jigsaw have been put in place over the last few weeks, not least the Government allowing the company to speak directly with the La India residents.
