The contract allows the ability to ring fence discoveries, something Paul has mentioned before. A commercial discovery on the Mou fan would be able to apply for an exploitation concession starting the ten year clock on this field. The Jurassic prospect Mou 5 would continue as an exploration concession. The ten year clock would not start until this was declared a commercial discovery rending the need to align both together moot.

Four companies planned operations around March this year. SDX drilled a well no issues. CHAR drilled two wells no issues. SOU two workovers, one completed and the other had a couple of weeks delay due to customs issue. PRD one well planned uncompleted.

If those three can complete operations with one small delay then it seems that it is not a problem. Instead of making excuses maybe focus on the outlier who did not deliver. TXP became operator of a licence in T & T in July by August they had completed two workovers. PRD took control of CM in November 2023 and nothing 13 months later.

A pattern or just bad luck.

Corrib South is an exploration well also, it still has a high risk that no gas is present.

A discovery on Corrib South will be a valuable asset, it needs to be drilled for this and I cannot see that happening before 2026. The focus for Ireland on here has been over inflated for me, the Irish oil and gas sector is a mess. There is little interest from the industry. Morocco is the main focus, Ireland is a sideshow.

Seascape today announced a farmout for 42.5% of a licence in Malaysia for a $10m cash payment, free carry on two wells and a further $10m cash payment on a commercial discovery. The licence contains prospective resources of 9.1TCF.

Corrib South has prospective resources of 400BCF for comparison . A couple of hundred to 500 million pounds may be a tad out of reach. If PRD can get a similar deal to Seascape then Paul should be congratulated for a cracking deal.

The daily, weekly and monthly trade volumes are a list of trades for that period. Every trade consists of a buy and a sell. A buy of 10 shares has a corresponding sell of ten shares, the volume for this transaction is 10 shares.

If the trade volume is your 43m shares, then 43m shares have been sold and 43m have been bought. It is not 30m bought and 13m sold for example as you are claiming.

September volume was skewed by lonny leaving 15m that day. October volume was skewed by the vox interview and the selling over the next couple of days.

July volume was 20m, August volume 19.6m two months with no notable events. So volume in November 17m higher suggests flipping is occurring.

Anchois has two previous wells already drilled and that farm out can hardly be cited as a success following the third drill. Yet it still achieved a lower value than an undrilled licence that some are claiming for Corrib south.

Undrilled gas prospects in Ireland are not going to go for £120m (20p a share), the hottest area currently in the orange basin is not hitting those numbers for oil prospects.

PG congratulated CEG on a good deal, which was $12m and a partial carry for a 1bn oil prospect. Corrib south is a smaller prospect. A couple of million payment and a carry on the seismic and first well will be a decent result.

£4m spent since August last year with a share price half of what it was at the time and little progress. At least we haven't spent money on people standing around though. People sitting at home seems ok.

But the cash burn means that months of ( further) delays will far outweigh “people standing around”. One of the largest parts of the monthly cash burn is Paul’s wage, but if he is still getting paid then I guess that’s less of an issue for him. By the time swabbing starts he will have banked £400k since testing was a priority.

Production could be delayed by installing the production facilities later or slower delaying testing to align operations is a nonsense theory.

PG has a duty to shareholders first not a potential acquirer.
