It took them months to reveal that the sand jet perforations had failed, so not sure that "A failure rns is more likely to have already been issued" stands up to the scrutiny of past performance.

There are 140m warrants and options currently valid, before the last placing most in single figures. It is nearer to 800m shares if these are all exercised with the latest placing and warrants are to be added to the total. .

Mou 5 was not a discovery. There is a brokers note PRD have uploaded on their website stating this. Mou 5 is the only completed well not planned to be tested. There has been months without any gas announced apart from uncommercial helium. The plan on a success case was to sell, the current plan is to farm out for seismic suggesting it was not a success. The helium was expected to in the reservoirs, now they are targeting faults again suggesting there was nothing in the reservoirs. The reservoir thickness was half of what they were expecting in the lower case, meaning the pre drill resource forecast is way out as the prospect is smaller. The lower sands in a separate broker note again uploaded by PRD had no closure at the Mou5 location. The plan is clearly to attempt to bury this bad news in the hopefully positive Mou 3 testing result.

The delineation theory is a load of nonsense, if you plan on selling you drill in the optimal location unless people are accusing PG of misleading shareholders for months. Time to accept, move on with a partner to fund the “blue sky”exploration and focus on the actual discoveries which is what they are doing.

None of the directors took part in the placing again, over two years since they bought any shares. Not exactly showing great faith in the company.

The only completed well that is not planned to be tested is Mou 5, surely there cannot still be any one who believes this was a discovery. The amount of times that the cng production has been modelled etc is getting ridiculous.

The last director buys were in March 2023. Maybe GRH or anyone can explain why they have not been loading up if they know it is monstrous, the Chairman owns exactly zero shares. Before the closed period is used as an excuse there have been three placings that they could have taken part in since then.

Every time there is some operational progress it is hyped by the same posters to high heaven and when news is released the same posters wonder why the share price falls. They are testing an estimated 21bcf in the shallow sands, let them get on with it without ramping unrealistic scenarios. Noticed GRH has avoided the question of Mou 1 completed for production, baseless ramping on his part probably trading again like when he sold imo.

Can you provide a link to this. The small perforating guns failed to penetrate beyond the formation damage and sand jet was not used on Mou 1 unless you have evidence otherwise.

Looking forward to this two well testing program being unveiled as MOU 5 must be part of this as PG said he was going to test and he has for a long time highlighted the benefits of cost savings in multiple well testing operations.

Was listening to an investor presentation and the CEO stated the company was undervalued, a follow up question was asked as to why. The response was that the company had not done a good enough job of explaining to the market. Something for it’s always some other reason but me PG to consider.

If MOU 5 was a discovery then they would not be talking of blue sky potential as you would have proof and not have to imagine. The delineation gang have been conspicuously absent today.

The last two AGM's have been held in May, why the delay this year? Wonder how a clearly annoyed Lonny will vote with his decent share holding if he still holds. Are those the institutions that bought in at a higher price? PG was receiving communication from angry shareholders before the January presentation, I cannot see sentiment having improved in the last few months. 55m shares voted for his re-appointment last time that's under 10% of the current total shares, it will not take too many dissenters to overhaul that.

The AGM is later this year than previously and I think the reason is PG knows he is under pressure for re-election.

For PG to save his job. An agm has to be called before the end of August which Paul is up for re-election and when share holders such as Keithoz start referring to delays as "usual" then you are in big trouble. Stephen Boldy should be getting concerned as well as he is also up for election.

The helium prospective resource figures were given for reservoirs to be drilled in MOU 5, the helium chromatograph only detected helium in a reservoir above the main target. This helium was non-commercial and was linked to a fault, subsequently focus has shifted from helium in reservoirs to the major fracture zones where no figures have been given. HE1 is targeting fracture zones and their resources have significantly decreased from the early days when they were focusing on reservoirs.

PRD pay 75% ONHYM 25% it’s how these licences work. Don’t worry it’s cheap oldslows getting one from Alibaba.

Clearly you do not understand or have not bothered to read the link is for a small plant costs. Most people will know that costs have rocketed since then due to inflation. PRD do not have the cash for a CNG plant and as SOU have found out Moroccan companies are not charitable.

PG has issued a lot of shares, diluting shareholders to drill in his own words low cost wells. Being debt free in the process is not such a great achievement, especially as he is yet to have to fund any significant capital costs. He is about to farm out part of the licence and if MOU3 shallow is successful have to fund a CNG plant. I will wait until I see what he delivers in this case before I lauding debt free status for low costs wells which significant dilution bankrolled.

Page 10 CNG $12m and that was in 2022. So the $300k pure fantasy and lets be honest if you actually believed someone posting that a cng plant could be built for the same cost as the average house price in the uk then you should not be investing in high risk shares.

If someone is going to front all the up front costs they are going to want a big slice of the pie same as SOU.

The only reason the company is operating with no debt or without increased dilution is that they have not progressed to a stage where large capital investments are required ie a commercial discovery. The operations to date have been low cost wells and have been funded by a 50% dilution in the past two years and a significant share price reduction. A CNG plant and trucks are going to take a large initial investment and there is also a farm out process underway to pay for seismic, when that's complete lets see what % remains and the finances before congratulating PG.

Twenty months since $2m was invested in CM for H1 2024 revenue generation, yet to see a penny in revenue.

Two years since Mou 2,3 and 4 were drilled and still waiting for gas flow.

In the first half of this year the company has drilled a well that has crashed the share price and started production with a mighty 16 bpd ( 5bpd net) its about time the well paid board start actually delivering some value. Some LTH can recall PG talking about a £100m to £200m marketcap a couple of years ago, that research shows that patience has yet to deliver anything but a market cap of 20% of that lower target. LTH have been patient enough.

That previous poster seems to think there has been a presentation and/ or the farm out process has already been clarified maybe they will add to the discussion with details.

Nothing to suck and see, I think Mou 5 was a duster and am positioned accordingly. Here for the Mou 3 testing to get a share price recovery and maybe a bump when they farm out. Said it before there is two broker reports on PRD website saying Mou 5 was not a discovery but that hint is ignored.

What presentation? Heard a very defensive interview where he said if people were unhappy replace him, hardly the words of a man who has made a recent big discovery imo. PG said he was doing an investors meet follow up during the January investor meet presentation, has this been done? Has there been any presentation of information since Mou 5? Any gas readings? Net reservoir? Log results?

What is the farm out area because the Jurassic cannot be farm out separately?

What percentage are they aiming at farming out?

What’s happening with the shallow sands and Mou fan in this planned farm out?

If these have been communicated then a link would be appreciated. Keithoz started this thread and he is guessing at what the farm out area is, seems he missed this presentation also.

The only viable option is to ring fence the Mou fan with the shallow sands or it will be included in the farm out which contains the Jurassic prospect. Again this guess work is due to the poor communication that has plagued this share for years. The farm out process is due to begin next month and share holders are in the dark with what this actually entails. There was supposed to be a follow up investors meet presentation after Mou 5 is this still planned?

They could apply for an exploitation licence for the Mou fan and farm the rest out. The other prospects do not have plans to drill and the 3d seismics likely means that any well on the Jurassic is months away.

Nearly three months since drilling finished and investors still do not know the outcome. Loyal share holders are important to PG though.

Page 14 clearly shows Mou 5 in the centre of the Jurassic carbonate, not sure where this "not been targeting a crestal position" theory is coming from or any basis on facts or statements from PG before. Perhaps this theory can be explained? If Mou 5 was on the flank it is fairly obvious from that diagram that the prospect size has effectively been halved.
