Well good for you Tebbin you are one of the minority fortunately not many others are behind Lunn inc the big shareholders at least with this placing Lunn will make sure only the ones that will back him will be allowed to take part.

A week does seem like a long time, probably will give Lunn a chance to pick who he wants from the bidders. Total farce and will be completely manipulated by Lunn to either get his mates in to get him some votes or do a deal with the shorters.

Maybe he was actually fighting our corner and as there is only the 3 of them he was out voted 2 v 1 so his hands were tied. Someone who worked tirelessly for 7 years and got this deal over the line or Some random 74 year old guy that’s just turned up that happens to be the owner of the company’s largest debt. Do me a favour.

Well after the RNS today I’m sure all the shorters will breathe a sigh of relief knowing they can now cover off their trades. Lunns letting them off lightly.

I want to be back trading asap like everyone else, although everything appears to be heading in the right direction, I’m still of the opinion Lunn is out to shaft us, time will tell let’s see what the placing brings.

the issue here is not the £500k it’s Lunn probably trying to call the £4m back to Petroquest!!!! Imho

This is my last message on the subject but I firmly believe the issue is the Petroquest loan that’s secured against PPPs assets. I think Lunn wants it repaid now if PPP can’t pay it Lunn will take the assets for himself and do the deal through himself leaving us with nothing!

If I’m right and it is this loan he cannot be allowed to control both sides of the deal. There’s solvable ways to fix this but I’m not so sure Lunn has us shareholders at the top of his list when he could take it all for himself!

A poster on Telegram has just found that the £500k winding up case was withdrawn in August 2024. So the Comment from Lunn in todays RNS doesn’t seem to correct!

The message if hidden in the text, the leases are backed by loans, oh would that be from Petroquest owned by Lunn by any chance??

Evening just posting my thoughts not that I know anymore than you guys.

I believe there has been a big bust up at the top, I also believe Tom is on our side and Lunn has pushed him out.

Lunn imho is bad news and there must be a potential that he’s planning to take PPP down. What if he wants his £5m loan repaid asap PPP can’t pay so signs over PPPs assets to Petroquest as payment etc

Lunn is the majority if not whole holder in petroquest so could then Carry on the JV with global with all us gone and Lunn to take it all for himself?

Currently Lunn has little to no skin in PPP remember that.

(No evidence yet but just looking from another angle)
