Hang on didn’t Lunn RNS that the GV deal never even happened and PPP were going bust?

Seems he wasn’t being truthful at all

What this court case shows is that the GV deal made by Tom was going ahead, and when a certain Mr Lunn stepped in as chairman over ruled Tom and the deal got cancelled as Lunn saw an opportunity to grab half of the PPP so in turn shafted us shareholders.

So it seems new court case has been filed against Nobel Petroleum (PPP) to recover $1.5m.

This clearly shows the the deal was all going ahead and the works that they had completed included with timelines.

This information should have been disclosed to shareholders by now.

What it shows is that the previous BOD scuppered the company making deal with Global Vision and now they want money back after PPP pulled out of the deal.

Make of it what you will.

With a 2.2p CLN and 50%+ dilution and that’s before the RTO seems a bit of a ****take.

The 2 x 3m are just a bed and ISA trade not buys just transfers.

all this talk from people about looking forward to drilling and the future of ppp is all complete *******s they will all be long gone on day one as will most on here. sportsmans bet say new uncle is gone within the first 30seconds and hepren soon after.

rmd are here for one thing and it’s not texas. it’s being able to scoop up a main market listing for as it stands as little as £500k probably the cheapest main market shell available and i say shell as that is now what we are since lunn cancelled all deals and took 50% for himself.

Yes but the infrastructure that comes with the deal is worth 100s of millions without the resources a mc of 200m will still be low once the deal is completed.

I see another legal case has been filed against PPP.

That’s now two active cases against them.

We are down as we currently have an overhang of sold shares we are trying to clear, probably don red of that 57m from the other day. There also maybe some additional selling behind the scenes we can’t see yet. As soon as they’re cleared we should move up.

2 x 50m sells have just appeared from this morning that will be what we’ve been trying to clear all day.

With a 10p average there’s nobody that wants PPP to succeed more than me. But voting yes and seeing this open below 3p is not an option to me I’m sorry. I’m happy to take the chance.

This imo will not trade prior to the proposed RTO so we will be dilluted again after this.

So the chances are we will be heading potentially closer to 1b shares than 100m are highly likely.

Hence the no vote
