Ceres had a cash/ investment position of 83mill at dec 2025.

It still has 78 mill as per announcement today.

So they are definitely not bleeding money.

So I think this raise is a positive. Helps shore up the balance and ahows prospective partners that Ceres are solvent and have the balance sheet to back that up.

This share is going to rise tmrw.

Should be a good day for Ceres again today. More contract news hopefully. Any hint of a US agreement will send this into outer space!

This board still amazes me how it’s not buzzing with new participants given the recent news and share price movement.

Remember. Mcap is 100% of the company . Syn own 50percent. So we only get 14 mill dollars.

Let’s all remember that GSPC are the one that applied to the court not Oilex. The court has only said that it is not their decision in awarding anyone any money or percentage share. They found no basis for GSPC to not be taken to arbitration for the contested amount. In addition they now have to stump up 1mill up front and hold 2mill in an account. So all in all they have lost this case and stand to lose more soon.

Share to rocket. But the valuations at 12p weee when there were a quarter of the shares available . That was when they were drilling and testing the core samples. So I would think 3p is more realistic and shoot up fron there if there is an actual drill result

I do hope this all goes well for OEX. Just a few points though: If u read the case highlights then this court order was to delay an arbitration hearing in Singapore court about transfer of shares after a default by GSPC on its commitment to the project. So even if the court rules in our favour we still have to go to another committee. I guess the fact that the high court of Gujurat rules in our favour or finds that GSPC has no case for delay would be a big positive at the next hearing! Everything crossed for this.
