I think he has 300k options that have vested at 4.25p that he could have used from the 900k awarded over three years that were announced in Feb 24. The fact he’s willing to pay well over that to me is a cracking sign

I’m optimistic we’ll see some decent news soon, whether the accounts end of July/early August , an update on their IP, the FMI, a contract/asset update or a further update on Optimal as Adrian said it would take a few months in May, we’re entering the news rich zone where the step change in revenues start!

Saw on LinkedIn The FMI have just released 10 phd projects, looks like lots of antibody work in here which will be of benefit to fusion. One of them feels like it’s working on their optiphage platform specifically too from the description !!

They’ve mentioned they’re part of a different consortium for first time…some interesting names innnthere with little old FAN….Roche, Eli Lilly, GSK, Oracle, Merck, Reckitt….handy crowd to be part of when you’re about to launch your flagship product to the market!! Exciting times indeed

My sense is Adrian is a conservative man, so I hope that the bullish optimism is a real sense of where the company is. It’s frustrating to wait for the news and transparency. The next 3-6 months will either be the making or breaking of this company in my opinion! Not long for us to find out either way!

Balance is important! Adrian needs to deliver and news is the only thing going to prove this…but equally very bullish at the last and the evidence presented suggests going in very positive direction. I expect big things in the coming weeks and months

Hopefully soon Chris! Would be great to see if we get any update on the exclusive optiphage licence work. We know from the investor meet that the client is in the evaluation period. That would be a huge endorsement of both the tech and also the viability of the licensing model they’re targetting

Tree shake or not we look to be in a trading range in this one until decent news lands which hopefully will be soon. Just have to be patient here and hope that Adrian follows through on what was a very bullish and optimistic investor meet.

Agree Trout! Adrian was very clear we’re entering a very exciting period. This with a strong interest and watching closely will know news could land any day now! Very exciting summer ahead, question is whether we get something really exciting before the end of year accounts land in July. You would have thought they’d have want to have something decent to update on at the investor meet that comes with it!

Agree patience is the key here, although the presentation the other day to me gave the impression we might get good news in the near term! Fingers crossed for that plus the longer term story playing out very obviously!

That could be a belter of a link for fab - AI discovery project with potential to save drug discovery costs of £100bn…….and FAB are already working on an AI algorithm project with her. friends in useful places and a great coup for them to have her on their advisory group. Would be great if she joined their board.

Nice to see some more interest here. I genuinely believe Adrian when he says we’re entering a really exciting period for the company. They’ve been working at optimal for almost a decade and it will be very exciting when it finally comes to the market.

Think this is the first time they’re publicly advertising for licensing partners for Optimal! The value of a licensing deal could be huge!

Very exciting time for the business. You could see the excitement practically bulging out of Adrian’s eyes in his closing comments at the last investor meet!!! The future is bright the future is fab!

Further to me implies they’ve already found some…..perhaps they’re in negotiations!!
