What happened - have held for years and like a fool believed it couldn't get worse so even added.
Here's a bit of advice, try looking at the retail model - hoardes of staff hanging around talking mainly to each other, now don't want to spoil those all important 'colleague scores' but some cost cutting is in order.
Offers quite unimaginative - a few quid here and there, maybe some other accessory free or extended warranty or...that's waht marketing staff are for - ideas.
Out of town stores that feel like you're in a barn with product in unimaginatively displayed, dumped is more like.
BUT you can forget all that because the report makes it clear whose fault the performance is -
its the previous leadership, the carphone merger, the nordic dowturn, the bond market..... anybody except the board's.
No dividend so hey, maybe have to be voluntary salary cuts? No bonuses? Pigs might fly?
