Finally! Congratulations to everyone (especially the LTH's who stuck this out).
We'll know in a week or so what the market really thinks, after today's rise! 👏👏👏
I guess this is why a "former" professional posts blogs with no readership.
His main problem is that although he raises questions which I do not understand, the recognised industry professionals come along and push his face in the pudding.
Every time.
Without him even trying to rebut their responses.
Happy Easter everyone. Even "fishy lips".
You also have to offer security in return for debt.
We're the mugs using rosy glasses in return for our own debt.
Yes: 88e has potential, but the current BoD cannot be measured in any way against the likes of the late PB. Its time for them to take payoff and handover to someone who delivers.
How many shares do the current BoD own? Not many...they don't even have confidence in themselves!
Year after year we let them keep taking salaries (which WE are providing the funds for). If one were paying their monthly salaries out of one's own pocket...I imagine one would reasonably have made changes by now.
@taximan: I don't get that logic.
Invest £1000 which ends up diluted repeatedly to £200? In order to retain the same "value" of shareholding, you have to buy SIGNIFICANTLY more than, say a 6% or 8% interest rate!!
Be careful on assuming the $1 price. That's a maximum price, not the contracted price as yet.
It was *me* enjoying golf...... *he* will be licking his wounds somewhere.
Ah ok...thanks for clarification. So just more of the same in dilution terms.
It has to stop.
I was referring to the other clause requested for approval in the RNS.
All very interesting on timing.
Splendid news!
The gas off take is extremely encouraging: EVERYTHING pointing towards further cost reduction and therefore profitability.
I do wonder about the announced 88e "partial takeover" clause, especially as PANR are now intimately involved with assisting them...........?
How the hell does that work?
Having read it, this sounds like "We can recommend a partial takeover, so an entity can buy a minority holding, (with you being able to sell the remainder of your shares at a premium) but take control of the business...... and dilute even beyond the potential 25% dilution which we may have previously needed.
Seriously? What have I misunderstood???
Any thoughts from our favourite resident "research" blogger ?🙄🤡
But it's "good nerves". 😊
I absolutely understand....but it will change nothing apart from the sp.
It won't affect any ongoing finance discussions: to the contrary it may just be in a sign-off process.
It won't impact work on the ground or the amount of oil or gas in the ground. Nor Alaska's need for easily accessible
gas. It almost certainly won't worry the large holders: they will have access to the BoD, not to discuss non-public information, but yo reassure themselves that the BoD "has no concerns regarding previous statements".
Delays happen. That's life. Frankly, if there's a delay and a brief drop I shall be more than happy.
No news IS good news, since if there were ANY adverse items they would be legally bound to announce them.
@Rabito79: no kidding!
Headless chickens.
Bumping this also.
Roughly, is what I sold half my holding here at.
I was left with 3,500,000 worth £70,000.
Today, 2 years later, they are worth £9,100. Frankly they're worth leaving in for a punt, nothing else.
I'd prefer to see gushing flow rates, but expect further disappointment. I'm "looking forward" to them proving me wrong......
Can't beat a green post.
Usually signifies a whiner or a liar.
Happy days
When a "reasearch" blog gets fewer tweets/likes than a nest of sparrows, it tells me it ain't worth wasting my time reading it.
Brevarthan can safely be heterogeneously muted.
It's important to ignore him.
As you mention Mowmoo: his raison d'etre is obfuscation in order to rile others so he can complain and get informative posts/threads erased.
The mute button helps you to do this. It's like sitting beside a warm fire with a glass of whatever whilst a storm rages outside
You'll also see others arrive after LSE staff have gone home for the weekend. Enjoy the weekend 😊
Excellent...thanks Scott. Another little bit of acknowledgement.
