Another banking extension by the looks of it!

Continued positive news.....just hurry up and announce the new banking arrangement as well then, so we can all move on!!

Seafox wanted the fleet and I can't see much has changed from their perspective, utilisation rates seem to be creeping up as well. Roughly assets of 400m, debt of 400m and a c. 56% forward order book you would hope provides a decent premium from current share price for a bid. With so many small sell orders over the last few months it feels like there is something wider afoot. I am obviously talking my book though, so have somewhat tinted glasses!

News flow continues in a more positive direction. Announcement of financing arrangements soon hopefully and then a decent move upwards........please!

Agree. I find the lack of activity today a bit strange though, the RNS clearly sets out the plan, improved utilisation figures as well. Clearly I’m missing something!

I see the admin changes as the banking syndicate wanting a BOD and SMT in place that they are happy to lend to, which is why they are agreeing the short term facility. This way the company has more time to fill open posts and make a couple of other needed changes with quality people. I think if this ship was going to sink (groan) then it would have done so by now. Assets are market leading and some movement in the wider industry starting to take place GMS should hopefully be in a position to extract some value from these assets.

What do people think then. Surely this is a positive that the syndicate are providing some short term liquidity and continue to work towards a longer term solution rather than call it all in and chop the assets up???

Has there been an RNS this morning? Looks like there was but I can’t open it.....I hoping this is the long awaited positive news on banking!

Some decent buys going through this morning, hopefully some positive RNS soon.......

Finally a more sensible spread, hopefully things are settling down a bit with less manipulation before a Banking RNS and some long overdue uptick. I've got no powered left to keep topping up on the way down!

There's over 500k of share buys yet to be reported......

Remember you only see the gross position from Banking names, they have a number of desks and typically these days don't run prop positions like they did pre 2008, most holdings are usually hedges to OTC client trades, so it's tricky to break out their activity. Also given MS are advising the wall between IBD and equities will be monitored for manipulation....

....interesting where the new appointment is coming from. Change of direction maybe, look out Medco?

My worry is that I offered a decent slug >200k of stock at 0.5p above the market all day yesterday that any serious stake builder would have taken. No interest. I followed the limit all the way back down and up. Nothing done.

As much as Tony Rouse is not the trigger puller and it's a board call, I hope that his 2016 purchase gives him and emotional anchor point!!
