What we're seeing is a VERY common occurrence on Day 1 of a consolidation, for any share....

Brokers print all sorts of weird and wonderful figures, to the horror of those who didn't know what to expect, and L2 has only tiddly pretend sells, no buys - because ya can't ... yet.
