11:59 EnglishPatient,
Thanks for your concerns and suggestions. I am however perfectly comfortable with PXC and am trying to add at this level where I can afford.
I am not such a frequent poster, nor can I give advice, but personally I think I will regret it short/medium term and definitely long term if I refuse to take the gift that the current sp is.
Fortunately you have a different view, because otherwise I had to pay more already!
Isn't there a bb for other shares btw? Would like to keep this PXC dedicated.
Many thanks and all the best,
KR

MLtrader, I always get very very wary when I see the name of DW in combination with a company that uses CLN's.
However, I might be completely wrong (actually hope to be wrong....) Is there any more information available about the CLN's? As for example how many tranches, for which price will they get the shares, when do the repayments have to be made? As my concern would be that this is going to bite shareholders in the back, just as it did to me somewhere else in the past....

10:28 Monty888,
Obviously I respect everyone's view here, but it is IMO a bit naive to state that Boohoo didn't do any research and did not have serious conversations about this investment. Though even if they didn't, there is another company that reported a serious holding in a TR1 document. They are called Pentwater Capital, which seems to be a hedge fund with serious money and a very varied portfolio. These folks are not filing a TR1 because they decided in a split second to have a punt..
I don't know if the share will be temporarily suspended (it's not the 31st yet), but if it will, then I am confident it will come back very(veryvery) soon and a lot stronger as well.
All my opinion, DYOR and all that stuff..
But Boohoo and Pentwater punting really is a little narrowminded IMO

12:35 Rosienas: You did make me wonder if this OO to existing shareholders is not just a way to find out what the investing appetite of the existing shareholders is. Particularly because Venus did not participate. If the OO is that much oversubscribed, what are your thoughts about future tranches via all existing shareholders? Apparently Venus is nearly at the mandatory part of the agreement, you could be right that the optional part is offered in a completely different way as it is not mandatory!!! Brilliant Rosienas, I thank you for this insight!
Most appreciated,

22:42 Castle, You know that I don't mind an in-depth conversation about pro's and con's of ANY share, but your post of 22:42 is not what I am used to from you. With a world in turmoil, pandemic first, war now, environment next, there should be no effect? Come on. And yes, shipping was at records during that period, yet those records have already been broken again...

May I ask what makes you think that? As I can't come up with any valid reason at the moment why they would be doing that. And I also don't understand the Death Spiral comment you made, can you please explain?

13:55 Castle:
Sorry, my previous post perhaps was a bit premature, apologies.
With regards to your post:
Pending dilution: Yes, and? Depends on the reason why IMO
3rd chairman: correct, and personally quite impressed with this person
£224 million of assets: this made me laugh, I respect you and think you have a lot of knowledge and I am convinced you know better ;-)
3rd CLN in 12 months: I know about Negma and Mercator, but what is the 3rd one?
IM promise: Fully agree with you. Would love to see that one soon. Glad 2022 is not over yet.
Constant errors in RNS'es: I have seen some, personally just happy that they rectify quick
92% decline in share price: I have it as 93% since IPO/RTO, but agree with you that the company now needs to show performance.
Are you going to the AGM coming 30th of June as well?

Good afternoon all,
Hope you are all well!
Am I right in sensing a mood change on this BB? It is very pleasant to read a bit of discussion without having to dig through all the mud being thrown. Did amything change lately, with both camps becoming milder?
Anyway, just noticed it and very happy with it. I might read the board a bit more often.
One question form my side: quite some of my posts seem to have disappeared lately. Is it because people disagree with me or should I ask LSE if I posted inappropriate things?
Keep up the good spirit and let's all hope that we see some positive movement in the sp soon. Not just for SYME, but actually the whole market.

Good evening all,
Apparently there are still 2 camps in here and it reads like the majority is still disagreeing with eachother.
Because it is such an anonymous forum, can anyone tell me how I can attend the AGM as a holder?
And quite an important question from my side: I am a people-person, meaning I always enjoy looking other people in the eyes. Is anyone from this forum attending the AGM? As that is your opportunity to ask all the questions you want to the BOD, and that may clear the sky in this forum as well. Why not go direct to the source for information? As far as I am aware even the currently non-invested can join if they only buy 1 or 10 or 100 SYME shares. Now isn't that a bargain to have all your questions answered and doubts taken away?
Maybe someone else has given this suggestion before me, apologies in advance if I am repeating that message.
As always, feel free to respond!
Many thanks

Evening all,
Good to see nothing has changed. RNS drops, sp drops. Rns read a bit better, sp recovers.
Still 2 camps on this bb? Then nothing has changed. Might catch up later when emotions have calmed here :-)

Good morning all,
Was just wondering, will this ever be a BB where there is balanced reasoning? Back in the days, there were basically 2 camps: the camp that was (uber)positive about the company and the camp that was (uber)negative about the company. Is it just me thinking that balance has actually completely gone? Happy to be corrected obviously, but for me it comes down to a couple of simple, yet effective, thoughts:
- If I was invested in a share, why would I bash it?
- If I was not invested in a share, why bother posting negativity?
Might be overlooking something very obvious, so please enlighten me what that is then. As I just can't see it at the moment.
Thoughts are very welcome,
KR
