Mucker said two weeks ago that Capx would be 0.7 by last Friday and then that would be a time to buy in. So looked like trying to push the price down so he could buy in low. When this did not happen he claimed he meant this Friday, today. What is the price today Mucker? Is it 0.7?

Mucker once again you have put forward a theory based on something in your own head that a spurious counter claim from Musk equates to loyal staff at CPX leaving. That does not stand up for me. Do you have any facts on this?

Mucker12 again, scaremongering based on a baseless power play threat by Tesla to try and put CPX off from winning against Tesla in the long running case of Tesla infringement due to resolve shortly.

Similar to the case that CPX previously won against another patent infringer in the same court. I wonder what Mucker12 is seeking from his scaremongering?

While each case is assessed according to its own facts and circumstances, winning in the past is a positive precedent. Please explain to me how that is a negative?

While it is from a past patent case, it does show that CPX has won before, added to that I believe it was in the same court / jurisdiction which is another positive.

P100. Do you ever see a positive? What does continually knocking everything NCYT give you? I would find it exhausting and I feel sad to keep reading negative interpretations. I would appreciate it if you could sometimes post a positive response.

Kenny J I agree with all of that. These two investment companies will have carefully considered everything Cpx and then purchased shares to make themselves money while also considering this as a sustainable ethical investment. Overall takeover by a different company would help protect present and future patents. If that happens the Sp will move up and if more than one bidder then expect a major uplift . How much? Yes with Ruffer and Quilter investing huge sums in Capx shows that two major investment companies are very confident that the future is very bright here.

Concerns inmany quarters, WHO etc and countries USA, Canada, Japan, France, England etc make this much more than speculation, especially with NYCT expertise and experience in my opinion as a LTH, not a turn up and scaremongering looking for a lower entry point.

The 59000 was a buy from me to add to my holding as I have a lot of faith in this share and have been occasionally out of, but mostly in it for many years. The products are highly regarded and have the potential to make the company fly with the added bonus of the court case as a further boost at some point. May the AGM be positive and good luck all

I have been waiting for good news and a move up for a year now. Do not understand why this keeps moving g South,especially with the cash held. However today sold some as it feels too painful to keep watching my investment go down and hope for better to come. Still holding but now with less in the pot. If this is the bottom then my timing socks.

I cannot agree that the Government want to potentially lose and get more egg on their face in order to be seen to be doing something. It may well go the other way they don't want more negative publicity and instead draw a line under that the Boris era and pull back from a court case that could further show up their failings during the Covid lockdown period
