3 huge trades since 13.55, all marked as sells. Any chance any of these are buys. Also wonder why they have not impacted the price. I still feel this is a good time to get back into Hivo, so I have tipped my toe in. Feedback welcome, good luck all.

I have been in Capx for over 10 years with many ups and downs. The onboarding of Dr Cooley and the maintaining of his 10% provides great confidence that the future is bright for shareholders. Dr Cs 10% gives him a say in any future takeover or the prevention of such. He took 10% with the Maxwell / Tesla legal debacle to protect himself and Capx. The maintaining of his 10% now is a huge positive that protects us all going forward and shows his faith in and commitment to CapX

Yes, I agree that it is all supersition at this point, all are just negative or positive views until we get actual news. I am a long term holder, but not in the group that was liaising with Capx.

I am also an LTH of over 8 years. Like Lamald, badly down but have faith that the future is bright and have bought back in, prior to and with the retail offer. Waiting to see what I get from AJBELL

I would have thought that as the main offer is to institutional investors that the dshares are likely to be held for longer and not just for short term gain. They would then be sold as part of a takeover in my opinio. DYOR and good luck all , from an LTH who is hoping that out of all this turbulence comes some sunshine.

I am another one who has lost far more than I can afford on this my biggest share investment. I am being made redundant in mid April. I was leaving this to the end of the week and then going to sell at c 50% loss and use it to subsidise my pension. Now the loss is 93%. I feel like we have all been shafted. I have sold half my shares and left half in, in case Lars finds some kind of financial package. 6+ years in this share, OUCH, good luck all.

My view is and experience is that a certain type of person with specific experience skills and passion to develop an idea into a business and then set up the business. Then it takes a person or team with different skills to develop and deliver that business. So as I see it we are all invested in this business because A Kongats had the foresight and balls to make Capx into a business and now we need a new person to develop it, drive it and really start to deliver from potential to actual full on business with sales that are commensurate with the innovation and quality of the Cpx offer. Fantastic now, is that we have that driver now with Lars at the helm. So thank you Anthony and now it should be up and up with Lars. Good luck all LTHs, the future looks good to me

I think it means that Skeda were considering an offer for Smartspace. The Takeover rules are that the potential offer needed to be made as a formal offer by 09/01/24 or possibly extended for further consideration. It seems the consideration period has now been extended to 08/02/24. Likely that both sides are looking at their options to see if a Takeover is good for them both. It remains to be seen if an agreed or even possibly a hostile offer will be made.

As that is completely untrue and unnecessary I really want Capx to succeed as I am heavily invested in Capx and having to explain to my wife that it looks like Capx have lost the case has been a sad and painful experience today. So it would be great if it is better than it currently looks

I hope you are not calling me a Tesla fan boy, as I belive I have been in this share longer than you. Secondly I am just pointing out that it looks to me just from this form that some of the sections went against Maxwell which is good. Thirdly I would love your conspiracy theory that this is some kind of doctored form to be true. Hopefully all a lot clearer and more I our favour tomorrow. Good luck LTHs

Wobble, it looks like a unanimous verdict form that all the jurors sign, which is unfortunate for us Capx investors. However what is interesting in the form for me as a layperson is that some of the sections are yes and some are no so not everything appears to be in Maxwells favour. All views are welcome on this.
