There are a lot of very positive developments at CapX at present , building after the court case with Maxwell / Tesla. However for LTHs such as myself and I am sure many others, the court case was a very painful and costly experience. In summary, CapX lost on what seemed to be a technicality in its patent paperwork and the SP dropped like a stone and many people were badly burnt. It seemed to me that CapX was nieve, Lars was new on the block, Dr Cooley was not yet on board and Tesla / Maxwell were ruthless. Yes later on it was finally settled and it is gone and those patents gave lapsed.

The lead up to the court case was ramped with positive assertions , we lost and CapX crashed. There was a massive dilution and thankfully Dr Cooley came on board and then became Chair. So that now with main player established artnershps, major investors, design wins and innovative products we are in a much stronger position. However please do not suggest that CapX will get back in to any kind of relationship with Tesla as last time it was a disaster. Thankfully that is extremely unlikely and we are in a far stronger position, on all fronts than we were then. The key now in my opinion is sight of actual contracts that confirm our progress from a primarily research based company to a manufacturer of innovative supercapitors that are widely sought after.

Also if you look back through 5 or 6 pages of these messages a number of overviews have been given by LTHs etc

Yes Lionheart a very good summary, I remember all that with Newlands selling out, the lost court case, both painful gut punches. We were on the ropes for quite a period. Now as you say we are very much back, strongly fighting our corner with strong leadership with Dr Cooley etc, large scale 5 to10% each investors, main player powerful distribution partners. All as a bedrock for contracts and expansion that is now coming through. At last exciting times to be a CapX investor. Good luck all especially LTHs who have had the strength and determination to stay on board for this now great looking future. Just my view and opinion, do your own research

My view is that the company is in a good place and therefore wants to show off its set up as a positive. Secondly 91m shares is a fair size investment, as it is over £300k at present rates. Altogether positive for both parties and good PR / respect for investors.

Steve, I would agree with that, I have been here a lot longer, when Kongats was the ideas man etc. Dr Cooley is the major catalyst for change, development and metamorphosis from a small innovative research company to the manufacturing partner that we are starting to see the buds of now. That goes way beyond the Murata manufacturing kit I remember Kongats buying many years back in the first steps to doing our own manufacturing. Now a very different company built on a foundation that includes global distributors, global investors and manufacturing capacity that is owned by us and has back up in place for any large increase in product demand. Lars was here for the misjudged court debacle, which was very painful and seems to be hermetically sealed, so that should never happen again. Lars was new then and it seems to me that Cooley saw the opportunity, came in with his 10% and has guided the transformation we are all seeing. Hurrah we are finely seeing the fruits of our faith in CPX and yes I see 2 to 5p within months or the next two years as achievable. Just my opinion after over 10 years of watching, researching and being in this stock. It should also be good for the planet. Good morning Vanilla. I can understand your reticence and also agree that sight of direct contracts will strengthen and or turbo charge the move upwards or the re-rate. I see this as a very positive start towards that. For LTHs such as you me and many others this may prove that Good things happen to those who wait?

Hello Vanilla. 3 pence is the number that feels plausible to me with the news on the conglomerate, (especially if it is one of the major players) If news on dmh, smt, 3v or auto comes in then they also make 3 to 4 pence look achievable in the next couple of years with the supporting news, especially as so much work has now been done in establishing partnerships and infrastructure to back up CPXs research / innovations. I am no expert but that is my sense, not advice. Others will know more and have different opinions. Good luck Vanilla and all LTHs.

Not 'door' but DYOR, sorry

It seems to me from watching this BB over many years that Sushi is a trader who has done reasonably well out of trading CPX in the short to medium term. His pattern seems to be when he buys he ramps, after he sells he deramps, buys again and ramps etc. He said himself he missed the recent big rise, so it follows his pattern that he is now back talking it down prior to him buying back in. The rusk for traders such as Sushi is that they are out when the big news comes and it will be very expensive to get back in. LTH such as me are waiting for design etc news and the potentially huge re-rate that is likely to follow. Good luck all, this is not advice in any way and door.

Yes Broomfielder, with much relief in the mix, I strongly agree with your analysis, it has been a long while coming. They say good things come to those who wait and a number of LTHs have patiently believed and done the hard yards. Reward is here and I believe that with all that is in place it will be substantial. Patience, belief and perserverance beginning to get payback. For those who remember some of these CapX experiences highs and lows such as ;15p, the pre Court case highs, court loss and crash, Open's caution, Mr Wobbles messaging, fundraise and 0.009p, change of Board with founder and CEO leaving, Dr Cooley arriving and sustainable strengthening and rebuild now reaping benefits. It has been quite a ride, this now feels like it is firmly becoming the real deal. Good luck LTHs.

Almost an hour of no buys or sells, seems very unusual. I sold 2m shares from my long term holding at 10.57 as need some cash, however it shows as a buy. My sale may or may not be a mistake. Good luck all LTHs, I still believe CPX will fly soon and I would like to buy more at a later time.

Thanks Vanilla, interesting share movement today and a hell of a lot of potential with headphone deal info due anytime. The upside looks very strong so I bought another 1.5m shares at the bell for 00.1645 and then an 18 price came in after that. Interesting, DYOR,good luck all especially LTHs
