UK is a failed state in my mind and I will not retire here. Just look at all the evil people on one particular housing estate in Greater Manchester going out of their way to refuse en masse to follow the lockdown. Police are there every day wasting their time trying to deal with them.

Many other estates all around the UK. North Yorkshire was another doing the rounds on social media the other day. Videos and all of them intimidating and taunting the police. All just the same ilk.

Unfortunately all the parasites have crawled out of the sewers during the crisis. I was due to serve section 21 on him the day after Gov suddenly a stop to all that as already had enough of his unhinged behaviour. Hes Greek abd shes Polish. Knew had a problem at the handover when it took 2.5 hours before he would say he was happy with that handover. Even on his hands and knees looking for every single paint chip he could find going from room to room. There were none. Contract had been signed by agents by time I met him. He knows I have to go through courts now to get him out and get back rent.

However. He will pay!!

Not invested here but would like to dip my ties in but little financially stressed at the moment so have to pick the right bagger.

Wife lost job on 14th, scumbag tenants not paying rent, using Covid as their excuse despite both still being employed professional and earning more than my household WAS. I'll lose apartment now as banks wont give mortgage holiday for buy to let's nor will the sites management company. My private holdings in other stocks down 90% as unable to get out quick enough when crash just happened. No one saw it coming in USA that fast. Apartment was a boost to my pension, a pension decimated in the past 5 weeks and which I was due to draw down on at end of the year as I hit 55.

Served my country, decorated and injured by RPG in 2005 and it's as if my entire working life of 35 years never happened. So really want to know if this is really a pretty much going to work out a d where do you see sp in 4 weeks, 4 months and nxt year. Think great thing with this company is its backcatologue of treatments, many still to come to market.

Hope genuine and kind feedback forthcoming. Got lot of spiteful drivel on sng asking similar questions about that share.
