For those who have been looking at TXP for a while now then this is a good entry point. Last time it dropped to this point was just about 5 weeks ago (market reaction to pandemic) and stayed steady at this price. I very much doubt you will see teens again so jump in as I have. Means I've I've increased my AVG now but nothing can take away where this company is going imho

Natwest have turned me down twice and are in fact only financial institution not to reach out offering any support. It's all BS from Government re support for landlords. If BTL mortgage then banks dont appear interested.

I complained directly to Corbyn the commie and labour party about pushing on this to just protect tenants while no consideration was given to financial impact on the landlords but they hate anyone trying to better themselves don't they. They didn't have the guts to respond.

Now their new leader is the guy that covered up Jimmy Savilles crimes/investigations 3 times!! Just gets worse
