Long Term hold this one but it will come good.

Put the night cap on this a while back as didn't think the PPI end date would see much steady improvement. SP lifted up a bit but soon retraced.

IMO I see this as a positive that Riverfort wanted IN at this point and opted for shares.

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG), announces that, in relation to the £5.5 million financing announced on 7 August 2019 ("Loan"), it has received a notice from Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd ("Investors") to convert £250,000 of the Loan into UKOG shares.

At least if we vote NO we have the satisfaction of destroying Fraser as well. He loses everything as well if company goes under but gains everything if we shoot ourselves in the head jus for him and vote yes.

Emailed them on the weekend and asked them to explain how its come to this, more so with all the positive rubbish that was thrown out just a week or two before the sudden cancellation of the repayment due to 'current market conditions'
