CEO said publicly that it won't go bust, so it won't go bust. He also previously said they're going to raise loads of dosh, so they're going to raise loads of dosh. When the CEO makes those statements, they must be taken as fact.

Two things are certain:

It's in the company's partners' interest that the company continues as a going-concern in its current form. They've put cash into projects and they stand to benefit from the results. One of the partners buying the company may restrict their peers from benefiting.

The declared risk of not continuing as a going-concern will put off potential partners.

They can't buy the company for peanuts. It's currently valued at peanuts but I'd suggest that would change somewhat if a collaborator became interested in an outright purchase.

Material information must be made public. To suggest the board would fail to carry out their duty and hold back material information so that they can benefit is a complete joke.

Codiak has been around for 6 years and has 2, soon to be 3, exosome clinical candidates. Their trial results are being generated in relatively short order.

Ignore the past, for the time being. ReNeuron are trailing Codiak by 24 months. That's not a bad place to be.

Perhaps Fosun's next steps, if the reason for BOD not really discussing the possibility of buying in any time soon, will be the catalyst. Licensing for another indication perhaps.

Chester - I'm pretty sure that in that same analyst presentation Olav accepts that if achieved, POC with a commercial partner will not be reached until late 2022 (and with ReNeuron that's 'at the earliest'). So the question is, how will the more advanced university collaboration be funded and progressed?

They have induced a significant reduction in value by halting hRPC in its entirety, rather than focusing on "Four out of nine patients still show a positive response versus baseline at month 24." (for the 1 million cell dose).

I trust they are VERY confident of the future of exosomes and growing the business, and feel hRPC is highly likely to be continued by a collaborator, rather than intentionally driving the price down so that the business can be taken private (which I believe has already happened once in its history).

I don't really understand why Olav would say they're still looking to partner CTX for stroke in other territories, and then going on to say they probably don't need to put CTX into the brain, exosomes would do it.

Sorry meant to say indeed, it does just seem to be an update to say they can submit an invoice. Strange to call it an additional agreement if that's all it is, strange not to tell us what the additional agreement is, if there's more to it.
