Thanks Phil sorry for slow reply, I think this year should be ok but a lot of uncertainty though, so I don't think anyone can predict. I m looking longer term though and very confident that from what I can see there doing everything right, but I m just a amateur PI like all the rest so wouldn't read into my thoughts to much. Just started to look at persimmon and see the sentiment has been hammered with interest rates general down turn in housing market. That aside are they a well run company? Are the management good, is there anything thats happened recently apart from general market conditions to cause SP to drop? I see divi is high teens according to LSE that can not be right anyone know what the divi is please? Thanks a lot in advance and good luck everyone!!

What they won't tell you in new CEO could well write down value of company for a clean slate to start with.... I did say COULD though its a gamble

This company is still highly cash generative. The fear is if theres a recession people won't have spare money to invest and Lionstrust will suffer. Thats as simply put as can be, know body knows for sure the outcome
