Dropping out of the midcap index will be Avon Protection (LON:AVON), Civitas Social Housing (LON:CSH), Temple Bar Investment Trust (LON:TMPL), Tullow Oil (LON:TLW), and Wickes (LON:WIX).

Unless it is a uncrossing trade and I m wrong, but wouldn't explain the large jump in sales at the end of trading

486.80k sale at 16.35 buys were slightly above sakes today for once but now its showing £625K buys £994K sells, wonder if we will shortly be getting another RNS for institutional sale....!!??

Ok Sorry I could see sells slightly bigger than buys all day then at the end of the day just under half a million in buys and a million in sells but if I m wrong apologise!!

RNS Just released standard life selling out bellow 5% must be due to getting relegated out FTSE250, would be interesting to know if they still hold any or had to sell the lot!!??

Thanks Jay this could really boost the price per barrel by a few dollars, every man and his dog going politically green why should opec play to America when all America want to do is hard the price of oil, oils necessary for another 30 years so they must squeeze every penny profit they can and look after there own interests

You are right you can not tar everyone with the same brush but there has been errors within Avon management for equipment to fail the tests by American MOD, labour shortages and material shortages, do not bode well. I think we can all see the potential but its not a clear cut success, I think a overall loss on the full year due to fixed overheads is possible and would be the time to buy. As hard as I have tried accountancy is so complex and easy to fool people things are ok until final figures are published.

Thanks Mary, , got badly burned on Premier oil last year was in constant contact with investor relations and was told blatant lies, My brother was a VP for a drilling company that recently filed for chapter 11 he said the directors would be absolutely paling themselves about the state of the company then release a RNS painting a nice rose picture............ I don't trust Avon or any company to tell the truth as all companies tell lies. The thing with Avon is they could fully recover BUT its a single point failure that if the mess up the American military contract there screwed, would like to think its unlikely but it is possible!!

I do feel it will go lower but thats my opinion and could be wrong.

Appreciate this info it helps I only have a small holding here, can see potential but also can see that it like all companies have risk involved, and as I found out in the past all companies are very selective when giving info to public about problems they have, hopefully I m over thinking here and management are trustworthy!!

Personally I think its a guessing game ATM and think were far from out the woods, but hopefully I would like to think in 6 - 10 months time we be on the recovery, in the mean time there will be a lot of turbulence. Makes it an interesting one to watch!!

I was looking at the buys outweighing sellers by quite a bit this morning, then looked on an hour later and there had been a massive amount of sells which were now outweighing buys, would of thought price would of dropped buy rose higher.... LOL I never understand it but I think there will be many days where common logic dose not seem to make sense. I think a few months of uncertainty before the company gives clarity on whether the have addressed and improved there recent issues or not

I hole hearted agree Mary, their a bunch of chancers. As if they have worked out something that the rest of us haven't.....!!
