first thanks for taking my post the right way I probably could of worded that better.
My guess is that many here have never invested in this sector before. The approvals system has always been an utter nightmare. I, like GDR's board of directors and many other boards of the so called covid stocks expected that things would be expedited and simplified during the pandemic it seams that this happened for the very first few tests to market and then the door was shut. Though for many (me included) seams this process has been over due a conclusion, unfortunately I can remember Who approval taking over a year when there were not 1000's of other applicants. We know there are over 2500 applications for EUA we also know that there was and probably still is a certain amount of protectionism going on in two of our major markets (India and USA).
Now India is a different story all together, it is a ***** of a place to get anything done with out passing brown envelopes around and GDR has history with the regulatory bodies there which may be why they went through a third party for applications.
Reading a little between the lines, there has been a back and forth between both US and Indian approval bodies them asking for more detail, us adding more testing platforms as the situation developed.
My guess is we will get FDA at some point relatively soon and that covers us for India. But when, NO one can tell. I would suggest we are more likely to be WHO approved sooner but again that is a guess
I would love for some of the news to land tomorrow but it will land when it lands and when it does.
