I have been so focused on the maiden dividend payment I completely forgotten there was to be a share buyback program! Hopefully this will bolster the SharePrice further, especially with so few shares in free float :)
Piscina are you sure you were quoted 0.00013 and not 0.0013 ? That's a measly amount !! I had to sit down when I read your post .
Excellent news - a nice return on my investment. Share price should be double this before long.
Have the mm's finally let this go . Bring on 4p :)
Looks like we might see 300 at close.
Anyone else think we could be at 9p after divi announcement?
This should have a m cap of at least 30m and with dividend coming and year on year growth should be moving towards 100m. What's holding it back?
They will buy them back in the open market to reduce the amount of shares in issue. I don't know whether they will be cancelled or held in treasury.
Resd. please give me more credit than think I haven't researched the antics of Mr B and his company's ! I bought into this share before the days when Blackrock invested and it it shot up to 2p and a certain person sold a shed load . The main problem is the bod will spend our (shareholders) money on lawyers to fend of any files against them.
In reply to my email they have stated that the intention is to relist but it may take 'some time' as they first seek a 'joint venture tie up or takeover first' . I really don't know what's the best plan of action but I do know the sum of money I have in here is too much to write off. I get the feeling this is another aim 'lifestyle company' with the best interests of a few shareholders.
Dawto I resent your last posting as much as I resent our great leader himself . It is my belief that anthracite prices and the connected industries will prosper with trump in power and backing American industry . If we were still listed and had an adept bod I'm sure we would all be very much wealthier not just the chosen few. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Two weeks to wait before the 90 day drilling program is up then hopefully good news and a re listing in Canada.
The figure that was talked about from SB's deal was £0.004 Or nearly 1/2 of one pence if that helps . £0.007 is the nominal value of the shares at placing and nothing to do with the current value.
Unvrkw.Do we know if the other board members sold their shares along with SB or will they along with other major shareholders be looking for a sale to the highest bidder? Thanks
From the numbers mentioned are we talking about an offer of 0.045p per share. I would be delighted with that .
Szynd, there's no cost to put your shares on the Capita platform but you would be charged 1% commission for any buying or selling . It takes a bit of faffing around with certificates and correspondence but at the moment it's our only hope of monetising our investment here.
Thinking about it I would probably have accepted 0.2p for my shares . I would have walked away with a small profit and enough money to pay of my mortgage .
It wasn't me Szynd that was approached for my shares it was billboy, but yes ATC shares can be traded on the Capita share dealing platform on a matched bargaining system . My shares are for sale on there but alas no takers!
Coking coal at a four year high!!
I agree that it is strange the agreement has been made with Stephen Best and his family and their companies and not Atlantic Carbon Group!? Could it be to maximise the return for themselves rather than all shareholders? Surely not, who would do such a thing.
