Received a dividend in December. Is there an interim dividend due ?

Last August Nilesh advised us the first auction should be up and running by late September. He never stated what year so it wasn’t a lie. Maybe it was late September this year 😂

Dividend the same as last year . No sign of matched bargaining platform yet . Directors received larger chunk of dividend through the millions of shares they gifted themselves. Nice way to push out pesky private investors.

Received a dividend through my ii account today. No communication from the company or explanation why the dividend has been slashed, when the company is cash rich and profit making.

Last years accounts were 16th November. Hopefully a dividend announced on results day.

Yes the past three dividends have been 0.1p with a view to increasing them as and when profit and cash reserves increase. For some reason nobody wants to buy into a profitable dividend paying company like octagonal though, they prefer to play roulette with the many cash burning lifestyle companies that inhabit the aim ghetto.
